I would give 10-Star if I could. Staying at this hotel was an experience for us. It has everything we wanted for the relaxing &re-energizing holiday. We definitely come back for our next holiday.

湯沸かし機もなく、冷蔵庫に水を冷やすことができず、赤ワインをサービスだけでなく、別の飲料水も、サービスするべき。応接セットも座り心地が悪く、ベットも寝心地が悪かった。

This place is amazing! Every room is designed so it is completely private, so you can have the curtains open on the entire glass wall in the bedroom and look out over the Bay of Biscay, and soak in the tub while inhaling the ocean air. You are practically outside. They really take care of you, here. They have a spa, and they are attached to the Akelarre Restaurant (3 Michelin stars) that started it all.

We spent a very relaxing and comfortable 3 nights at Hotel Akelarre. Service from the staff at reception and in the restaurants is friendly and first class all the way. It was so quiet and peaceful during our stay.

This is truly a unique property, the views of the ocean are breathtaking. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home.

The aesthetics, environment, and services are top notch. However, there are quite a few things they could improve. 1. Bathroom floor was super slippery. We have to be extra careful when we walk in. If you were wearing slippers or theres water on the floor, even more dangerous. 2. The curtain was quite different to close completely. It was heavy and leaves a big gap at the end, which will be a problem for light sensitive sleeper. 3. The door has no lock, so u cannot stop cleaners coming in if you forgot to put the do not disturb sign on the door. 4. The room service menu has very little choice. They have a room service menu and a snack bar menu, yet many items are the same. Overall, the hotel itself was amazing, great spa, convenient parking, good people, impeccable views. But there is still room for improvement on the thoughtfulness. The experience could have been better.

Magnífica experiencia en Akelare. Servicio impecable, instalaciones fabulosas, llenas de pequeños detalles. Habitación maravillosa, empezando por las vistas, comodidad de la cama, mobiliario, interruptores, televisor, todo de alta calidad y perfectamente armonizado. La bañera del lavabo es sublime, hay que ir para comprobarlo. Desayuno impresionante, todo lo que te pueda apetecer y más. Maravillosa elección.
