Buen servicio sobre todo en recepción. El hotel está en el paseo marítimo así que la playa está al lado y las vistas al mar son espectaculares. El desayuno incluye platos calientes que puedes pedir al momento.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room

We had a lovely clean room overlooking a beautiful sandy beach. All the staff were lovely and we took full advantage of its lovely proximity to the beach and long promenade walks. The train station is quite close so took excursions to the other resorts either side as well. We would certainly go back there again.

Parking, a little far

Wunderschönes modernes sauberes Zimmer, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, absolut tolles Frühstück mit frischer Auswahl und sehr toller Karte mit Dingen die Frisch zubereitet werden. Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Stand ist natürlich einzigartig.

Bel hôtel, chambre propre et confortable. La plage est très belle dans le secteur avec de l'eau claire sans algues, mais l'hôtel a retiré les chaises de plage, donc ils offrent seulement des serviettes de plage pour les clients. Nous avons pu louer des chaises de plage pour 15euros à la plage-bar 4R pas très loin. Buffet déjeuner plutôt bien. Équipement limité dans les chambres: Pas de machine à café, pas de verres, pas d'ouvre-bouteille, pas de minibar, pas de peignoirs ou pantoufles... Kits de toilette et savons offerts de qualité. Personnel sympathique mais parlant un anglais très limité, donc si vous ne parlez pas espagnol, la communication sera très limitée et de base, ce qui manque un peu de convivialité à notre avis. Manque un peu d'ambiance dans le quartier, surtout des visiteurs plus âgés et beaucoup d'installations sont fermées pour l'hiver depuis le 1er octobre, donc options limitées. Nous hésitions entre Calafell et Sitges, avons opté pour Calafell pour le prix mais à refaire, nous irions à Sitges. Ceci étant dit, si vous voulez séjourner à Calafell. Akquaaa hotel est bien, mais en-dessous d'un 4* américain.

Ottimo hotel, sulla spiaggia. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, la cena al ristorante è stata davvero soddisfacente. Torneremo.

Excellent standard of room - beautifully presented, very comfortable and clean. Great views out over the beach. The reception staff were brilliant. Each one that I dealt with was extremely helpful and did everything they could to make our stay as great as possible.

Beautiful hotel with a nice room with a great sea view. Friendly staff. Nice area with the beach on the hotel doorstep, and the train station with services to Barcelona is only a 10min walk away. The restaurant is good although an bit expensive.

Lovely hotel. Great position right in front of the sea.

Wir wollten unbedingt ein ruhiges Hotel mit toller Lage - und das haben wir bekommen. Vom Bahnhof aus war das Hotel super fußläufig zu erreichen. Vom Empfang bis zum Abschied war das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer mit Meerblick war einfach perfekt - näher am Strand geht kaum. Der Strand vor dem Hotel war für einige Strandtage perfekt geeignet- rundherum gab es immer Supermärkte oder Restaurants und Cafés für Snacks und Getränke. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war es einfach nach Barcelona reinzufahren. Wir sind rundum absolut zufrieden und können das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team.

Nice location

Quick one night stay on our way to Barcelona airport. We found the staff at the reception very helpful and efficient!
