阿尔巴酒店

The hotel was nice though it is old, loved the doors, floors and curtains. But had to complain every day about the hot water, I couldn’t take a shower at night cause there was no hot water. I’m on day 5 and still nothing.

Parfait, super acceuil, super service. Propre, au top !

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel a Barcellona e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. La camera era molto ampia, spaziosa e impeccabilmente pulita, oltre che curata e davvero carina. L’hotel si trova in una posizione comodissima, a pochi passi dalla metro, ma allo stesso tempo è estremamente silenzioso, ideale per riposare dopo una giornata in città. Un grazie speciale alla receptionist che ci ha accolti: gentilissima, professionale e molto disponibile, ci ha fornito informazioni chiare ed esaustive, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. Tutto è stato semplicemente perfetto. Ci tornerei senz’altro e lo consiglio vivamente.

Good location

Staff were great, really helpful. Bathroom & room were clean. Shower good, air con kicked in when needed. Room was very tired though and in real need of a refurb. Bed was a double & not a King bed as advertised. Location good for most attractions but it's a noisy area which did disturb our sleep. Was a good value option for the money, luggage storage on our last day was great.

El área no parecia muy segura.

Cosas buenas: La ubicacion es buena, a unas cuadras de La Rambla y cerca de la estacion Liceu del metro. PERO el barrio se siente peligroso por las noches, asi que cuidado con salir a altas horas. La limpieza es buena. Las camas comodas. COSAS MALAS: El aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación nunca funcionó, por mas que lo reportamos a recepción y hasta el mismisimo dueño (que nos encontramos por casualidad al salir del hotel) no lo solucionaron. Por las noches hay bastante ruido en la calle (a un lado hay un callejón donde se ejerce la profesion mas antigua del mundo) asi que siemmpre hay gente, ruido y luz. Igual con el cansancio caer dormido y no te das cuenta.

Manager was very kind

The localition is very nice but the property wasn't very well as the airconitioner were never working during our stay, a part of that we had to use a physical key when we used to go out in the nights sometimes was difficult to get in to the room. The shower wasnt working very well too and pillows very bad quality.

Descuidado.

Dopo aver prenotato (e pagato) online un mese fa, arrivo a Barcellona il 21 mattina e sfrutto la mattinata per escursioni in centro (con caldo e zaino in spalla). Quando mi dirigo con la mia amica all’hotel alle 14,15 (con desiderio immenso di doccia e riposo) non c’era nessuno nella hall e la porta non si apriva. Dopo aver inutilmente suonato per entrare e non aver ricevuto risposta, insisto con il campanello ma nulla. Compare un tizio (addetto alla reception? Direttore?) che mi urla contro che sono stata maleducata ad insistere e mi avrebbe restituito i soldi della prenotazione. Il tizio (che aveva lasciato la hall vuota) non intendeva ragione. Io ho detto che avrei chiamato le autorità perché la mia insistenza era dovuta ad un hôtel apparentemente chiuso. Dopo 5 minuti i toni sono rientrati e il tizio si è dimostrato cordiale come ci si aspetta da un tizio addetto al ricevimento clienti. La prenotazione era stata fatta per due letti singoli (e invece ce ne hanno dato uno alla francese ma, essendo con un’amica poco ha importato. Diverso sarebbe stato se fossi partita con un amico); l’aria condizionata non ha funzionato per tre giorni (e la notte ce n’era davvero bisogno!) e in generale l’apparenza era modesta tendente al fatiscente ma l’ottima posizione centrale ha abbondantemente compensato questi ultimi aspetti). Lo consiglierei? Se il tizio andrà a lavorare altrove, forse.

Hotel situé pres des ramblas mais dans un quartier assez sale. Climatisation tres peu efficace, chambre et salle de bain tres veillottes . Je ne recommande pas cet hotel 3 etoiles, qui a un tres mauvais rapport qualité prix

Bra läge och trevlig personal.

Nous avons à l'hôtel pour 6 nuits. Le personnel a été très gentil et serviable. Spécialement Carlos à la réception. Lorsque nous avions besoin de taxi et aucun venait jusqu'à l'hôtel car trop occupé il allait jusqu'à la rue La Rambla en chercher. Jizza a été très serviable pour nous accommoder lorsqu'on a eu besoin d'oreillers supplémentaire et répondre à nos interrogations. Merci encore

It was delightful. However, our room did not have air conditioning so it was very hot and quite uncomfortable. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Omassa luokassaan hyvä hotelli. Erittäin siisti (siivous päivittäin), henkilökunta ystävällistä. Huoneessa pieni jääkaappi, TV sekä vedenkeitin. Sijainti hyvä, lähin metro n 100 metrin päässä Ramblalla. Ympäristö "värikäs", aitoa elämää niin hyvässä kuin pahassakin. Hyvä vaihtoehto vähän vaatimattomampaan majoitukseen tyytyvälle.

L’hôtel est très ancien beaucoup de moisissures Le lit est très petit même pour les couples. Le personnel est très accueillant et à l’écoute

The staff were lovely and helpful. Location was fantastic. Room was a good size. There’s no breakfast, but there are lots of bakeries and cafes nearby. There’s a fridge in the room, and a shop nearby that sells water and soft drinks.
