We enjoyed our stay, and the staff at the front desk, lifeguards, and restaurant were all very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The food was excellent, and we really liked how the hotel changed themes and cuisines each night. The waiters were especially kind and supportive with our two young boys. The hotel is pram friendly, with easy access to all areas. The kids pool is fantastic, with both big and small slides that kept our boys entertained for hours. Evening entertainment was also very enjoyable, with energetic staff who brought a lot of fun and made sure the children were involved. The rooms are very spacious, and the beds are comfortable, but the biggest downside for us was the cleanliness. When we arrived, we noticed small mites in the bathroom. Even though we asked for it to be thoroughly cleaned, it was not, and my wife had to take care of it herself every day. We also followed the instructions to have the bed sheets changed, but this did not happen until we asked the cleaning team directly on day 4. Although they claimed the sheets had been changed, a small transfer mark from my wife’s black swimsuit stayed on the corner of my son’s bedding throughout our stay. If there was one improvement we would suggest beyond cleanliness, it would be to add a snack and drinks bar at the kids pool. It is not a major issue, but it would save the walk when spending long afternoons there.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were truly amazing—friendly, helpful, and always attentive. The food was very good, with plenty of variety to enjoy. Another big plus is the convenient location; there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to travel anywhere you need. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Saubere Zimmer und zuverlässige Zimmerreinigung, das Essen beim Buffet war lecker und immer warm. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr nett und gut gelaunt, und zu jederzeit hilfsbereit.

El hotel está bien, aunque los baños con tanta cal necesitan una buena limpieza. La comida buena, pero el comedor no esta muy bien organizado. Largas colas para entrar.

First off I should say the food, or at least the breakfast is excellent. However I had two short stays of 3 and 1 night. Showers floods the lounge!! I was on the ground floor and both rooms had insecure patio doors. Air con was a blessing and the staff are great. Area around? If you’re not half / full board limited options. I stay as it’s convenient for family but may look at other options. Especially as I was awoken at 07:00 by staff outside the bedroom discussing everything but work.

O hotel é confortável porem alguns staffs precisam de treinamento. Todos os dias o pessoal da limpeza esquecia coisas básicas do quarto como papel higiênico, toalha, sabonete liquido e a gente tinha q se estressar com a recepção pedindo. Uma noite, houve um vazamento de agua do freezer espalhando agua p todo lado pedimos toalhas para sanar o vazamento e esperamos por 2 horas e ninguem trouxe e o pior o funcionário da recepção da noite foi extremamente mau educado. A comida era de boa qualidade mas alguns funcionários faziam com ma vontade alguns pratos que nem sal/ tempero colocavam. Os garçons era muito atenciosos e educados. Nao voltaria.

It has been a while since I was this disappointed with a hotel. Cleanliness or the lack of has probably been the biggest factor - whether it was by the pool or in the rooms. We also felt you cannot really talk about hospitality as such- the staff, bar one or two exceptions, are doing just enough, barely offering a smile - not the energy you want to be around. Activities for kids not adequately advertised- most entertainment seems to have been happening by one pool and no staff bothered to walk around the others to ask the kids to join- very disappointing. The food was an average all inclusive buffet, nothing remarkable to point out, however the coffee was pretty good. Towels left on sunbeds from 7am- so if you are later you struggle to find space. Very disappointing stay, would not recommend.

Las piscinas están diferenciadas como especialmente para niños la del tobogán y hay una casi en exclusiva para adultos ,mucha tranquilidad ,es ideal para descansar sin gritos ni salpicos aunque si quisieran los niños podrían bañarse ahí pero les resulta más divertidas las otras piscinas

Todo genial!!! La comida súper buena, la gente súper amable, hotel confortable y cómodo para ir con niños genial,los chicos de animación Alex, yanis y ilenia sobre todo aunque en general todo el mundo muy amable volvería encantada !!

Furnitures like the couch need to be updated the kitchen cabinet was not screwed in right. The bathroom smelled aweful. The cleaning lady did not even empty the kitchen bin. The sea view was nice. Pool a little too cold but great view of the mountain

De manera general el hotel está bien, sobre todo para niños. Tiene detalles en las habitaciones como el tipo y juegos, y muchas actividades. Pero le faltan cosas para ser un 4 estrellas. El baño no está en muy buen estado, nos quedamos sin agua de manera intermitente 3 días seguidos! Aparte de eso fue una buena experiencia

Great hotel with views of the sea and the mountains. Wonderful buffet with so much choice and a different theme each evening and entertainment that made it even more special. Parking, nice restaurants and shops nearby. Would definitely go back.

Hotel familial bien placé, extérieurs agreables et qui ne donnent pas l'impression d'être les uns sur les autres meme si lhotel est complet , buffet correct et salle de restauration assez grande , on reviendra ;-)
