阿鲁阿伊拉梅诺卡酒店

L’établissement en lui même est bien, dispose d’une grande piscine un espace spa un peu plus loin, etc etc, mais la salle de bain de la chambre n’était pas bien entretenu (joints sales, salle de bain abîmée…) , les chambres sont très mal insonorisées, nous entendons tout dans les couloirs ainsi que les bruits des lits que les femmes de chambres font les matins. Le restaurant et petit déjeuner est varié, la nourriture assez bonne mais pas d’une qualité extraordinaire (jus et confitures industriels…) J’ai apprécié le séjour de 3 nuits mais c’était suffisant.

If you get a room with an ocean view it is beautiful. The hotel is far from restaurants and beaches. They have only two elevators for six floors. The pool closes at 7 pm and it is small for the amount of people in the hotel. The dining room is full of flies. The outside patio is a better choice when dining. The food is not the best.

Das Personal, war freundlich und hilfsbereit , aber das Essen hat nicht geschmeckt! Wir waren bei Aula Hotels schon zweimal in Mallorca und überall war das Essen super lecker!

Positivo: la ubicación es tranquila, el hotel es grande y está vuidado y limpio. Negativo: la insonorización entre habitaciones es insuficiente el bufet es de batalla y no hay almohadas un poco ergonómicas.

C’était parfait magique merci beaucoup

Stayed last minute due to a flight cancellation staff on reception at check in were amazing and really helpful. They were accommodating when we requested a room change. We only ate breakfast the choice was very good as was the quality.You do need a car as quite remote but the small town has a couple of restaurants. The chain does have other hotels in the town and has a small train that links them every 20 mins.

Das Personal ist teilweise unfreundlich. Das Buffet wird nur sporadisch nachgefüllt und an manchen Tagen gibt es nur Dosenobst. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig und in die Jahre gekommen.

Reception very helpful. Some of the entertainment was very good. Disappointed with meals towards the end of the week - lots of empty dishes and few times freshly cooked meat counter was not properly cooked.

Je recommande cet hôtel, un accueil chaleureux, une équipe d’animateur et de restauration superbe. Les activités proposées été superbe. Niveau restauration le buffet à volonté était super, manque peut être plus de variété, que ça soit pour le dîner que pour le petit déjeuner. La navette privé pour aller sur la capitale ou même la plage la plus proche c’est agréable ça permet de faire autre chose que de rester à l’hôtel. Le personnel est super.

Had a great break here, very relaxing, staff all very friendly and helpful, hotel was extremely clean throughout with staff constantly tidying up, drinks were of a high standard (even the Sangria on tap) and the food whilst not loads of choice was all tasty and well cooked, would definitely return.

Ir was a fantastic stay ! Very good service and to be honest one of the best hotel that we have ever stayed on this unique island.

Nice hotel. Island is not to big, so location of the hotel is not the most important. Its about 20 minutes from the capital. Staff is nice and rooms are good.

Confort et tres bon rapport qualité et pric

Cleaning Service is very bad, they forget to refill stuff and they are not very careful. Never experienced that in a 4 star hotel. Reception is amazing and very helpful though.

Séjour très agréable. Équipe d’animation très sympa et très dynamique. Buffet de repas plutôt correct et varié. Mention spéciale pour les viennoiseries, bien meilleures que dans la plupart des hôtels de cette gamme. Le seul point négatif est la mauvaise insonorisation des chambres.
