安提瓜布隆多自助入住智能房

チェックイン機が壊れていてチェックインが出来なかった。 スタッフに電話しても来てくれなかった。 シャワーもお湯が出なくて非常に辛かった。

Rent och skön säng. Perfekt läge, nära till allt. Ljud från resturanger men ingen störande. Dock glasväggar/dörrar till dusch och toalett, så inget för den som vill vara privat vid nyttjande av dessa. Kodlås till hotellets entré, så vi kom inte in och hotellet saknar bemannad reception. När vi genom lite tur fick kontakt med personalen hänvisades vi det e-mail vi skulle fått med instruktioner, detta hade vi inte fått. Enbart bekräftelsen från Hotels.com och där står ingen kod eller bokningnummer som behövdes för att kunna komma in och checka-in. Så kontrollera dessa innan ni kommer dit!

Kom ingen info hur man checkar in. Fick hjälp av en kille på hotellet mitt emot. Behövde ju kod föratt komma in genom dörren. Tur det var mitt på dagen och inte natt. Fint rum men väldigt hård säng. Fick vattenkokare efter att jag frågat. Bra läge.

L'endroit était très bien situé avec service de bagages gratuit lors du check out. Check in autonome mais nous avons eu quelqu'un du staff pour faire le check in sur la machine L'option carte bancaire ne marchait pas, nous avons du régler en cash la taxe de séjour (sans rendu de monnaie) Au niveau de la chambre, nous avons été surpris de voir que nous avions les toilettes vitrées sans intimité et donnant sur le lit (pas de rideau, ni de réelle fermeture => lors de la reservation, on s'est rendu compte qu'il y avait finallement plusieurs photos de chambre pour la chambre standard, elles ne sont pas identiques) Au niveau de l'insonorisation, il y a une fenêtre sans double vitrage donnant sur une rue avec restaurant. Donc le soir, on entendait facilement tout le monde et ce, meme si les volets étaient fermés .

Somos dos parejas, que queríamos ir a cenar tranquilamente por palma sin preocuparnos si bebíamos una copa o dos de vino, por eso hicimos la reserva. Muy contena con la experiencia, limpieza perfecta, igual la cama era demasiado grande para la habitación, pero todo muy bien.

Limpio, cómodo y silencioso, además de muy céntrico!

Super Lage, Zimmer ausreichend groß, Bett bequem

Son super atentos y te intentan dar solucion a todo pero el ruido de la calle me ha matado, tengo el sueño ligero, y se escucha la gente de afuera. Las ventanas no estan aclimatadas y otro tema es la ducha el agua caliente se va cada dos por tres. En terminos generales super bien, hay una salita que nos hemos podido quedar después del check out y hay taquillas gratis.

Hotelli sijaitsi todella keskeisellä paikalla lähellä ostosmahdollisuuksia ja ravintoloita. Erityisesti ravintola Bar Bosch aivan hotellin nurkalla tarjosi todella edullisia annoksia aamupalasta lounaaseen. Ilmastointi toimi hotellissa hyvin, ilmastointilaite piti kuitenkin melko kovaa ääntä. Huoneen wc:ssä ja suihkussa oli sumennetut lasiseinät, joista näki jonkin verran läpi. Tämä ei kuitenkaan itselleni ollut ongelma. Paikka oli siisti ja sisäänkirjautuminen oli hyvin ohjeistettu. Huoneen kassakaappia emme osanneet käyttää, sillä ohjeita ei ollut.

We had an awful nights sleep due to the very loud noises of running water in the pipes throughout the night. We stayed in room 101. We could hear other people arriving and going throughout the night and it sounded like they were in the room with us as there is a big gap below the door and you can hear everything. Also you can hear all the people on the street below - windows and doors need improving massively. Cleanliness basic - lots of stains and marks over the walls, needs a big deep clean. We wouldn’t book a self check in properly again as we found the machine very stressful. We did however like the style of the building, it was quirky and the location is fab. Just a shame we had zero sleep :(

Great hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Central location with easy access to busses and walking round the city. Left luggage facility was very useful.

Loved it but the self check-in was stressful luckily the 4 of us got there with help from staff who came to our aid. Unique property. Great location. The only one other observation we could not get a reply during our stay when we rang both numbers. So not sure 24 help is accurate. Also no instructions on how to use the safe.

Easy self check in, great location and clean and tidy rooms. Perfect for a couple nights in Palma.

Fue imposible acceder a mi habitación, no funcionaba ni el código que me habían enviado por watsap el mismo día ni tampoco el de la reserva de Expedia. Llamé al teléfono de emergencias reiteradamente y nadie me atendió. Tuve que alojarme en otro hotel. NADA RECOMENDABLE.

Very good location, ideal for exploring Palma. The self check in was perfect as we arrived late, very easy to use.

Excellent hotel and hands down best location

The hotel is in a good central location but was a disappointing experience. It’s not manned so no service - the room was bland and the toilet and sink were in the bedroom behind a glass screen. We wouldn’t return.

Location, bed and shower great but no wear to hang towels. Room a little small. Reception although only online, were helpful and pleasant.

Das Zimmer war sehr laut (Straße, Dusche vom Nachbarzimmer.) Der Geruch im Badezimmer war ziemlich unangenehm. (Kanalgeruch) Der Preis, der Check in und die Lage sind top.
