Super hard to get a hold of the hotel. Spent hours trying to get code and room number after having checked in online beforehand. We had to use locals at the airports telephone to try to get through. Would not recommend. Poor customer service.

My daughter and I chose the property because it's just a 5 minute walk from the Vilas Tennis Academy where she is playing a tournament. The employees are super friendly and helpful, the apartment is cleaned every 2 days, there is a small refrigerator, microwave, stove and coffee maker so we can make quick meals here. Plus, the location is perfect. It's also a short, 5 minute walk to several restaurants and the beach. I could not be happier with our choice!

La chambre était correcte propre mais nous étions en famille nous avions réservé pour quatre et les serviettes ainsi que la literie était prévu que pour deux. nous en avons informé par mail a deux reprises (nois sommes restés trois nuit) mais nous n'avons pas eu de retour dans la chambre du nécessaire supplémentaire.

Etwas dezentral von Barcelona Zentrum gelegen, dafür aber in der wunderschönen Kleinstadt Castelldefels. In etwa 30 min., mit dem Zug, ist die Innenstadt Barcelonas zu erreichen. Supermärkte und andere Läden sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation, sowie das Einchecken ohne persönlichen Kontakt mit den Betreibern lief reibungslos ab. Die Kontaktperson war freundlich und jederzeit für Rückfragen bereit. Das Zimmer war insgesamt schön eingerichtet und die kleine Küche mit nötigem Geschirr und Kühlschrank bestückt. Leider waren Schüsseln, sowie Gläser teils verschmutzt und die Abflüsse sowohl in der Dusche, als auch im Waschbecken des Badezimmers stark verstopft, weswegen das Wasser nicht richtig abfließen konnte. Insgesamt aber im Preis / Leistungsverhältnis eine gute Unterkunft, die ich abgesehen von kleinen Mankos jederzeit wieder besuchen würde!

La limpieza de la habitación un poco mediocre, ya al llegar había pelos, el sofá cama nada cómodo y la limpieza de la habitación en general mediocre. Para una vale pero nada más.

Camera grande e ben illuminata. Attrezzata con tutto l’occorrente anche in cucina. Posizione strategica. Parcheggio trovato bene sulla strada. Gratis perché era domenica. Eravamo in famiglia, abbiamo usato il divano letto ed era confortevole. Consigliato per visitare Barcellona, perché anche vicino all’aeroporto e spiagge.

We were never able to check in. The confirmation email said we would get in email with the access code within 48 hours of check in. By the morning of our check-in date, I messaged the hotel thru Expedia’s ‘contact this hotel’ button. Sent multiple messages letting them know we had not received an access code. At 9pm, my family had to book another hotel since we didn’t receive a response (apparently it’s not an actual hotel and there is no front desk / reception area). Once I sent a last message of saying we were going to be requesting a refund and booking somewhere else, they responded 10-15 mins later saying they sent the access code they What’s App. NO WHERE on the listing does it say that the access code would be sent via what’s App. In fact, i have the email that said it would be sent thru EMAIL. By then we had already booked another, much better and communicative, hotel.

No podria dormir por los clientes que pone musica a las 5 de mañana y fuman dentro.

Great location outside of Barcelona.

Petit séjour de 2 nuits parfait. Le studio est bien équipé, parfait pour découvrir Barcelone et ses alentours. Très bonne communication avec les hôtes.

El cuarto es bueno y espacioso pero la ducha es minúscula. La calefacción no funcionaba y solucionaron con calentadores portátiles que no alcanzan a calentar el cuarto

DO NOT BOOK HERE. Please save yourself the hassle, we found at LEAST 8 bedbugs within the spand of 24hrs. I know you may want to save a few bucks but please take it from our experience, this is NOT worth it. We contacted the agency and they respond with no sense of urgency or solution. It is as if they know about this infestation. We are STILL trying to connect with someone about our reimbursement, they are not answering anymore, this is completely unacceptable.

Bien situé, proche de la gare. Il faut quand même prendre la voiture pour aller à la plage. Il y a des places de parking gratuites à moins de cinq minutes de marche de l’appartement. Le prix était super, mais les voisins de chambres très très très bruyant. Il manque de l’isolation, notamment par la porte d’entrée.

nunca logre abrir la puerta principal con el código que me dieron de acceso, las instalaciones estaban terriblemente sucias y con mal olor ( especialmente el baño y las toallas), la persona de limpieza fue descortez ya que estábamos saliendo 15min después de las 11:00 y nos hablo de forma irrespetuosa.
