Apartament was very quiet, cleaning three times a week and kind people. Check in and check out very fast, with taxi in 2 minutes.

Booked to take my two boys on a mini break on my own for the first time, was close to the airport, and shops and bars on the front, had a lovely but small pool area, but there was always beds and the kids loved it - could see all the pool at all times so also gave me chance to relax on the bed whilst watching them both. All staff were fantastic and could not have been more accommodating on our last day when we had to check out some 12 hours before our flight (hotel was fully booked so no option for late check out this time). Lovely and clean showers and locked luggage room… would definitely use again for a quick get away

Sehr veraltet, man hört alle Geräusche aus dem Nachbarzimmer sogar das schnarchen! Die Küche ist sehr schlecht ausgestattet. Keine Steckdosen, verrosterter Wasserkocher. Total schmutzige Klimaanlage.

It wasn't clear that our room was in the basement, and despite saying there's a lift, the lift didn't serve the basement. It was very difficult to park our rental car anywhere near. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, but the apartment itself was clean, spacious and overall it was a good experience.

The apartment is fine to stay at BUT the wifi / internet is hopeless - so if the thinking of taking a firestick - I would look elsewhere.
I stayed there at Easter and Whitsuntide holidays just - same both times

Ble først skuffet over rom i underetasjen uten mulighet til å se ut fordi det ikke var informasjon om det på Hotels.com. Men alt var pent og rent og betjeningen veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom. Beliggenheten var perfekt med nærhet til strand, butikker og restauranter. For en kort tur var det perfekt med 5 min til flyplassen i taxi.

L’hôtel est bien situé, avec un supermarché juste en bas, et la plage et l’aéroport sont à proximité. C’est idéal pour visiter la baie de Palma. Le studio était agréable et la piscine très appréciable. Nous avons toutefois rencontré une fuite d’eau dans notre logement. Bien que l’intervention ait été rapide, nous aurions préféré une solution plus complète, même si on nous a assuré que ce n’était pas dangereux. Malgré cela, nous avons passé un bon séjour.

O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos em modo geral as condições são boas, o ruim que a Wi-Fi não funciona e a limpeza do apartamento é feita em dias alternados, no meu caso chegamos na sexta e por ser final de semana só na segunda foi feita a limpeza.

La posizione è molto comoda con la fermata del pullman sotto e tutte le comodità di Can Pastilla vicino.
Il personale è stato bravissimo e ha esaudito ogni nostra richiesta.
La pulizia della stanza è eccezionale.

Mycket trevliga och rena rum och en fantastisk personal. Vi fick problem med spisen då det kommit fukt i den men personalen gjorde allt för att lösa situationen.
De kom upp till rummet med en separat kokplatta, dock var det en induktionshäll som inte funkade med de grytor vi hade. Då stack de iväg och köpte det till rummet, de bjöd även på en flaska Cava för besväret. Toppklass!

Bad value for the money. Firstly, it was very loud. Secondly, you come for one week and have to buy everything - tea, coffee, salt, shampoo (the substance in the container is meant to work as three in one - hand wash, body wash and shampoo), beach towels, soap... Many apartment hotels have all that stuff in their rooms so that their customers wouldn't need to stress out looking for them in the shops. Wifi is terrible, the towels had a very strong smell of chlorine, the kitchen is poorly equipped, there is a safe in the room, but you have to pay for it if you want to use it (how greedy you can be?). Friendly staff though.
