Drinks in the bar a bit more expensive than down on the strip but with it being on the complex it makes up for it and Lou in the bar is fab craic!. All the staff were lovely and friendly. My fav part was the Bermudas Breakfast, just perfect every day. Apartments are large and have your Kettle, toaster, microwave and two ring hob. Wifi is great except on my phone dont know why it wouldnt connect but on laptop was fab and fast. Great tv channels, Sky News, BBc 1 & 2, RTE 1 & 2, Channel 4 & 5, very handy. Love the ceiling fan in bedroom, 3 speed settings, wish there was one in living room but they have got new air con units (pay extra), safe was too small for my 10inch laptop unfortunately but handy for smaller items (pay extra). I should have asked for a fan at reception as one is definitely needed in the living area. Cleaning ladies were lovely and did a great job, didnt even see an ant!! Got great nights sleep and nice siestas some days, a quiet complex depending on your neighbours though, you get two keys, apt key and main gate key but some people just slam doors closed all the time which is a pity....proximity is bliss as yes 'cardiac hill is to the left of complex but I always use Calle Doramas instead which has two Spars, 5 bars and at least 3 restaurants and then 5min walk to beach and strip.

Location of apartments is very good, near to strip, bars , restaurants and beach. Nice pool bar. Apartments are clean and well cared for, some refurbishing taking place . Have stayed many times and will return again.

It’s such a perfect stay that I can’t recommend this apartment more!! The room is big, clean and with everything equipped. The location is so great, close to beaches, all the restaurants and markets. And what impresses us most is the hospitality of the staff, especially Cely! She is the soooooo nice and enthusiastic, super communicative and warm-hearted!! Her smile just makes you feel happy all the day!!
I would definitely stay here again if I come back and I recommend it to anyone who visit Lanzarote! :D

It’s such a perfect stay that I can’t recommend this apartment more!! The room is big, clean and with everything equipped. The location is so great, close to beaches, all the restaurants and markets. And what impresses us most is the hospitality of the staff, especially Cely! She is the soooooo nice and enthusiastic, super communicative and warm-hearted!! Her smile just makes you feel happy all the day!!
I would definitely stay here again if I come back and I recommend it to anyone who visit Lanzarote! :D

Sehr nah zum Strand gelegen inklusive Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vielen unterschiedlichen Restaurants. Unser Zimmer lag leider direkt zur Straße raus. Der Pool wurde wenig genutzt u.a. da er zu kalt war.

The rooms were cleans as were the communal areas.
This is definitely a 2 star venue.
The pool was cold, but so was the sea!
Could do with some updating eg painting etc
Can be very loud in the bar near the pool if sport is on
Some staff super nice and friendly
Some staff not so friendly
Shower room downstairs was useful
Gym was closed but also €2 if you wanted to go there. We didn’t get to check it out.
5 mins walk downhill to a lovely beach
10 min uphill walk back - not good for people with low mobility but taxis easy to come by
Around 10/15 mins from the airport
Towels to hire are €10 each deposit returned when you bring them back

Pool and complex lovely. Stayed in a downstairs apartment which can be quite loud with residents from upstairs walking around/closing wardrobes/wheeling cases etc. would prefer an upstairs apartment in future.

What an amazing place to stay considering it says 2 star no way 3-4 star for what it offers. Staff are amazing and there pool bar the ladies (English) workers was amazing very helpful even at peak times still happy. Location ideal and the rooms view and how big the rooms are bed was a bit uncomfortable but most places are. For the price was good stayed in places with less and paid double so well done Jable for that. Ideal for families 110% highly recommend to anyone you won’t be disappointed

Great stay close to everything and easy walk to shops and restaurants. Parking wasn’t a problem for our rental. Mitch was fairly well equipped and comfortable. Would definitely come back.

Amazing Pool area and room size however the arms on the sofa need cleaning were very dirty on top of microwave rubbish from previous guest and was not able to sleep at all due to it being extremely noisy admitting it was new year eve but the party and shouting kept on going from 11pm to 4am nearly and there were kids staying at the hotel to
If you have booked to stay and it’s a night where fire works are going off be prepared for the whole building to shake the rooms are not soundproofed and very thin glass so they rattle with any bang

La réceptionniste est très accueillante bienveillante, attentionnée et respectueuse. Malgré la barrière de la langue elle a su nous installer confortablement et nous guider pour les différents activités que l’on souhaitait faire…
L’hôtel est propre malgré son ancienneté. Les femmes de ménages sont bienveillantes sérieuses et respectueuses, tout à nos petits soins . Le ménage est fait une fois tous les deux jours( les draps et serviettes sont changés) . La piscine de l’hôtel est très propre aussi.
L’hôtel est très très bien situé, commodité, plage , activité autour . Pas besoin de voiture .
J’ai longtemps été déçu par les hôtels des Îles Canaries et cette hôtel a réussi à me réconcilier avec . Je n’ai jamais été autant satisfaite d’un hôtel .😁😁😁
Je recommande fortement cet hôtel pour des séjours en couple ou en famille .
Nous reviendrons au mois de juillet 😁😁😁😁
