Apartamento bastante grande y bien equipado

Check in is at a different location. GPS brought us the wrong direction to our actual apartment. Apartment itself was in a great location. Clean with everything you need. Only one roll of toilet paper and limited cooking utensils. Biggest complaint was that the bed was very uncomfortable. We ended up taking the mattress from the couch and roll away bed and putting them on top of the actual bed.

Great location. Rooms clean and tidy and well equipped. Plastic mattress cover on double bed was DREADFUL. Double bed had one pillow of bed width, which was also poor. Lifts are a little old and rattle badly, especially passing 4th floor. Shower door may not survive the whole summer. Swimming pool is small, and mainly in the shade. Very large area around the pool which seemed like a waste of space. No parking (told my car was too big for the basement parking). Street parking was fine as before 1st July. Although this review seems picky the apartments are in a great location and I would stay there again, but the mattress topper would have to go. Stay was with family of 4 in June 2022.

NIestety apartament bardzo słabo wyposażony, zniszczony, z zepsutą jedną toaletą.

La estancia fue muy bien, el apartamento limpio y comodo con buenas vistas y muy buena ubicación, 2 piscinas con poca gente. En general todo muy bien

No cumplió expectativas acordes con el precio Para el precio creo que los servicios tenían que ser mayores y de csludad

Nice apartments over looking Calpe Rock, excellent location with a beautiful view. 5 mins from La Fossa beach and the harbour, 10 mins walk to Calpe town and its a lovely walk along the beach taking you past the roman relics etc, very enjoyable. Loads of food and cocktail places nearby. Theres a little childrens fairground a few minutes down the road too which is great for families with young children. The apartments themselves are clean and provide everything you need, toaster, kettle, cooker, crockery, decent shower, large bath, comfortable beds and both sheets and soft blankets etc. Bedrooms could do with a picture here and there to give it abit more of a Spanish feel, they are basic but comfortable and no faults with the maintenance etc. Very large terrace balconies too. Large enough to sunbathe / eat dinner with family etc. Nice quiet pool, child friendly so not very deep but fine if with children, sun loungers are a little worn and pool area could do with some music perhaps but other than that all fine. Showers by pool etc too which is handy. All in all a nice apartment but no wow factor. Does all thats needed and for the price you cant complain. Good value for money. Only quibble: They charge by the night if you require a baby cot - we felt that should've been included in the price. Other than that, no complaints. Nice family friendly apartments.

Avaimien haku 7oo m päästä. Ensimmäinen huone, toinen kerros ; ovi ei auennut kunnolla, lattialla vesilätäkkö ja kengän jälkiä ympäriinsä, jääkaapista sulamisvesi lattialla + koko kaappi märkä ja pakastuslokero paksun jään peitossa. Toimistolle soitto ja mies tuli toteamaan että näin on. Takaisin toimistolle ja uusi asunto, viidennestä kerroksesta. vaikka oli tilattu huone kolmelle ei silti ollut lakanoita eikä pyyhkeitä kolmannelle, taas toimistolle. Asunto oli tilava. Parveke tilava ja näkymät hyvät. Seinät kuin paperia. Kuului kaikki keskustelut ja äänet selvästi. Kylpyhuone ok. Jääkaappi oli kylmä kuin pakastin pienimmällä asennolla. Siivoustarvikkeita tarpeeksi, mutta kaikki pesuaineet ja siivousliinat piti hankkia itse. Tuplavuoteessa suojusmuovi alulakanan alla. Hirveän hiostava, ei pysynyt paikoillaan ja oli nyrtyssä painamassa nukkujaa.

Parking ocupado. Apartamento y piscina no muy limpios. Frigorífico muuuuyyy pequeño.Colchones incómodisimos....ya va estando un poco viejecito

El apartamento esta muy bien, lo único es que las piscinas no son muy grandes, y no estaban muy limpias. Igual era porque fuimos los últimos dias de junio, y parece ser que en julio y agosto tienen una persona de mantenimiento contratada por mas horas.

los apartamentos están fenomenal, nuevos, limpios y cerca de la playa.

Apartamento muy espacioso, cerca de la playa, con todo lo necesario para tener unas buenas vacaciones

El bloque muy nuevo y la situación muy buena, pero algo descuidado en limpieza muy justa. La almohada no se ha renovado en mucho tiempo, tuvimos que poner una doble por debajo, si se preocuparan de estos aspectos, sería muy bueno. La terraza muy amplia para hacer vida y desayunar y tomar el sol. Falta vida nocturna...para tomar una copa tranquilamente, no íbamos en busca de discotecas

El apartamento muy sucio. No nos dejaron ropa de cama para el sofá cama y tuvimos que desplazarnos nosotros hasta el edificio Turmalina que es donde tienen la recpeción para recogerla.

Apartamento completo, incluye cubiertos, cafetera y microondas.

Apartamento bien alojado, muy limpio y bastante moderno. Lo único que la cocina podría ser un poco mas grande. Pero una estancia de 10 . Cerca de la zona de marcha y unas vistas muy bonitas. Volveremos nos encanto.
