Room was clean and comfortable. We did not stay long, just overnight. We got in very late but were still able to checkin.

War sehr laut…ausschlafen fast nicht möglich

Calidad precio está de PM las habitaciones que dan a la calle son muy ruidosas. Ya que hay 8 contenedores de la basura justo debajo. Y en verano huelen y pasa los camiones muy a menudo mañana tarde y noche. Las habitaciones que dan ala piscina son más tranquilas.

Ottima sistemazione per vivere Ibiza sia durante il giorno che la notte. Ottima location.

Très mauvais niveau sonore, impossible pour nous de dormir sans être réveillé une dizaine de fois par nuit. Très spartiate. Je ne recommande pas vraiment cet l’hôtel.

Recently refurbished one bedroom apartment in excellent condition with a balcony. Only reason for good not excellent is that the bedrooms are internal with a window opening onto the corridor so a lot of noise at night. Helpful, friendly reception staff and very good value.

Buena limpieza, nos han tratado super bien y muy acogedor

Très bien placé, l appartement bien, il manque des produits d entretien comme pour les wc ou laver la vaisselle. Le négatif est le bruit des résidents qui rentrent tard dans la nuit et ils ne sont pas discrets même dans leur appartement.

Great location right on the beach with plenty of amenities around such as supermarkets, shops, restaurants etc. Spacious room and comfy beds. Big noise problem really let our stay down. We understand that people come back at all hours, but the way the sound travels through the apartments is poor. We hardly slept any of the 4 nights due to noise all night long whether it was from a couple of doors down or the top floor, you could hear it!

Brilliant Location. Extremely clean apartment, comfortable. Pillow and Mattress protectors. Amazing balcony and view, mych better than the described "partual sea view ". Fantastic value for money.

Disgraceful owners and managers. In over 50 years of extensive travelling, I have never come across a family so rude, unprofessional, with such a careless attitude to their guests. They are dishonest in my opinion, really awful hoteliers (if you can called this disgusting hotel, even a hotel). The son was especially inhospitable. There is discrepancy in pricing from the Expedia site and what is being charged. In my opinion, I would not waste your money, time, effort coming to this place. Our experience was a fat ZERO and as I said, with extensive travelling experience around the world, this hotel has managed to take bottom spot. All my opinions only, but not worth it, even if it was 10 euros a night.

Idéalement placé, en bord de mer et proche de toutes les commodités (restaurants, bars, shopping, transport) Petit appartement sympa avec les commodités de base avec une jolie vue sur la mer ! En revanche, parfois un peu bruyant pendant la nuit, c'est Ibiza !

Property location is excellent but the bed is not comfortable no air conditioning in bedroom

Very good location, right between Ushuaïa/Hi and old town Eivissa, about 20 min walking each side ! Big apartment, very clean with a pool and facing the sea and really close from a grocery store (Lidl). Just one thing to say…the kitchen equipment is really poor (no sponge, no dishwashing soap nor kitchen clothes) despite all that it’s a great affordable address to remember in Ibiza. I’ll come back for sure.

Estancia correcta el Hotel está muy bien ubicado para poder coger taxi y desplazarte por toda la isla. La distancia más larga son 33 €. Que es la que hicimos nosotros desde el Lido a Blue Marley. El resto de desplazamientos no nos costaron más de 10 €
