Enkelt og greit hotell som ligger meget sentralt ved kjøpesenteret.
Rommet vårt hadde ett stort bad med toalett oppe mellom de 2 soverommene, og ett lite bad, med toalett nede, ved uitgangen.
På grunn av sen ankomst var ikke resepsjonen bemannet, men vi hadde på forhånd fått oppgitt at vi skulle ringe nummeret på resepsjonen.
Da vi gjorde det, fikk vi vite vårt romnummer og nummeret til en nøkkelboks som var montert ved døren.
Problem Fritt dette, og så gikk vi bare i resepsjonen dagen etter og betalte.
Servicen både i resepsjon og ikke minst ved hotellets basseng bar, var uovertruffen, og maten i basseng bar kan anbefales.
Her tok vi frokost og lunsj.
Nøkkel til parkeringen får du i resepsjonen, men du kan helt sikkert også få lagt den i nøkkelboksen om du ankommer utenom åpningstidene :-)
Vi var fornøyde, og vi kommer nok til å benytte dette hotellet flere ganger :-)

Rummen närmast vägen är inte bra, de är i sämre skick. Likaså stör nattklubbarna nattsömnen. Det är liv till 0200, öronproppar hjälper bara begränsat. Vi fick byta till en lgh högst upp som var kanonbra. Vi är nöjda och kommer gärna tillbaka

When i got to there apartment i was told there was no booking it had been cancelled this was all over the phone number provided on the door of a so called reception . Even though i had my booking on my phone , the phone number is for the Nido del Aquila hotel , I then got in a taxi to the Nido to show the reception my booking,
She then phoned her manager who was saying my booking had been cancelled and had no remorse that we had know where to say at 10pm on a Saturday night .
I was so distress

The location is perfect ,just across the road from the main commercial center.The staff were great especially Juan who ran the pool bar but unfortunately the apartment was dirty and shabby, lights were hanging off the wall, the shower screen was cracked, the bathroom smelt like a dirty drain,we had a leak through the ceiling in the kitchen from the shower above which was fixed but took me ages to get in touch with somebody because reception was never open and didn’t advertise opening times or a contact number. Our bedding wasn’t change at all during our 7 night stay in sweltering heat but towels were changed about 5 times!!!
We had 1st stayed here in 2018 and it was perfect then, hence why we thought we’d try it again but it has definitely gone downhill.

Montecarlos is a little bit old, but good price. Just over the street for shoppincenter with loud music. 1 floor is with the main street, we stay 2 floor its better. Blankets in bed to thin, freezing in winter time. Sun at terrace only some hours at afternoon. Pool area with nice pool bar is great. Hotel is close to everything, but not stay if you want it quiet.
