We had a lovely family stay over Easter, the hotel exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and the staff were really friendly. We stayed in d'en Bossa as a base and travelled around the island. It was difficult to park for free in the area (but luckily we always managed to). There is also a big car park just across the road though. We travelled out of season so the clubs weren't yet open and I imagine it was quieter for this reason. You could still hear music, and of course, the planes flying over in the evenings, but it wasn't too loud. If you're looking for complete quiet though, this place isn't for you! The sunsets in the morning are beautiful and highly recommend paying extra for the sea view. The food in the restaurant was delicious and not too expensive compared to other restatuants in the area.

Stayed here for three nights mid-April (two adults, and two kids aged 15 and 12). It's 3-star designation is spot-on. It's modern, clean, comfortable, with facilities in line with its rating. Staff are very helpful and friendly and speak sufficient English. The location is quite good. 15-minute transfer from the airport. A selection of restaurants within easy walking distance, although some were closed where it was shoulder season. Taxis to Ibiza Town cost about 13 Euros. A few things to be aware of. The beach right in front of the hotel is quite small, and had a lot of seaweed on it early in the season. You can walk 200m to a larger beach. It's proximity to the airport means planes flying overhead (great for plane spotters!) - there are no planes between 2300-0700 overnight. I'm a light sleeper and had no issues. Service at breakfast was a little slow after 1000. If you are in a rush then get to breakfast before 1000. We had a sea view room, which was worth the extra for the view. My first time to Ibiza and I would definitely recommend this hotel. I can't comment on what it is like in high season, but in April it was a perfect break for my family.

This is a fabulously clean hotel, with comfy beds and a lovely bathroom/ shower. Breakfasts are great but ordered not buffet style and sometimes there was rather a long wait. The pool area is immaculately clean but quite small for the number of apartments- even in April there was no vacant sun beds so not sure what it will be like in high summer! Staff all lovely- pool bar service is a lovely added extra! We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days and would definitely return!

Everything is perfect except staff don't smile or interact much. Breakfast time is always under staffed leaving people waiting too long to be served.

Amazing, we will come back!

We loved our stay here. A pretty spacious room, and included linens, towels, a hair dryer, a balcony, a comfortable bed, and a mini fridge, It was easy to walk to the restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. The pool was great, but I wish the hot tub had actually been hot. We tried the restaurant for lunch and it was delicious.

Great location, friendly staff, nice pool/beach and brilliant food. Perfect for me in Ibiza, ill be back!

We’ve stayed here several times and will again. It’s well located, the staff are great, and pretty comfortable.

They charge a fee for having four people in the room which is never clarified anywhere before. The location is ideal and the hotel itself was very nice.

Direct beach access with great onsite amenities, amazing location with minutes walk to anything you need. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel was ok for what you get in Ibiza however it was old fashioned and in need of updating. The service was fine but nothing amazing. Wouldn’t rush back

Lovely position right on the beach.A little noisy when clubbers return early morning but it is the party capital so to be expected overall we would stay again.Lovely staff and breakfast fantastic around the lovely pool.Room a little tired but functional.
