Property set out was spot on.

Upon arrival the lady at reception was very friendly. We checked into our apartment which was very dated but spacious and clean. There were no soaps, shampoo conditioner bodywash or creams provided so bring everything yourself. The rooms apparently only get cleaned every 5 nights so our room wasn’t cleaned once. I don’t agree with this. The biggest issue for me was our apartment was located above the apartment supermarket which our bedroom facing the main road and supermarket entrance. There was a delivery at 7am and it felt like they were in our bedroom it was so loud. I went to reception and explained we couldn’t sleep because of the noise. At first the woman didn’t say anything and then she said she would move our room for 45 euros. I asked if that would be a better room and she said no same room but away from shop. I argued we shouldn’t have to pay more for the same room because the noise and not being able to sleep. I’ve never experienced that before. Had she not have been so rude and moved us I would have scored a 4/5. The pool bar was closed the entire time of our stay so we couldn’t get food or drinks. Location was good - short walk to a little strip and a 45 minute walk to the main strip.

Very clean friendly and in a beautiful setting

Friendly apartment staff and nice pool. Only there for 3 nights but enjoyed our stay. It was a lot farther away from Puerto del Carmen than I thought but obviously that was my mistake. Taxi’s not expensive and I hired a car from reception desk.

Stay was good but lack of bar food could be better..Also Cockroachs in the apartments...Other than that it was fine..

Great, friendly staff, very clean and very close to beaches and the shopping centre. Pool is normally empty, probably due to temperature. Plenty of sunbeds. Only a 5 min drive to airport. Good place to plane watch

Very dated in apartment. Wardrobe doors would not stay shut. Fridge, no door on freezer dept and no salad tray. Television screen in two parts. Needs a full revamp.

Great location, great room views, staff very helpful, pool area great, overall hotel great but if rooms were updated it could be fantastic

Friendly and helpful staff Accommodation was basic but spacious Minus points - probably the worst wifi reception as signal keeps dropping when using from room (i was informed reception is best at reception, but this is a basic necessity like watching TV in your room) Hot water did not work in kitchen or bathroom tap, but shower was fine

Great place to stay close to the beach restaurants bars and shops

Huoneisto oli 3- 4: lle, mutta joutui maksamaan lisämaksua sohvalla nukkumisesta. Varauksessa luki kolmelle! Muuten huone ok. Kiva parveke, keittiö välineineen myös. Allas- alue viihtyisä, mutta aukeaa myöhään (klo 10) ja menee kiinni liian aikaisin ( klo 18). Monena päivänä ei ennättänyt uida ollenkaan. Samoin siivous vain kerran viikon aikana, on liian harvoin, 4. päivä. Lyhyt matka rannalle. Kauppa samassa rakennuksessa hyvä asia. Ruokaa sai allas- baarista, mutta aukesi vasta 8.30, liian myöhään aamiaiselle. Pyykinpesu- mahdollisuus hyvä ja kirjojen lainaus. Pihalla portti menee kiinni liian aikaisin (klo 16) ja viikonloppuna kiinni kokonaan, eikä ole avainta asukkailla. Osoite myös hankala löytää ensimmäistä kertaa tullessa, bussi ei tiennyt hotellia.

Super friendly staff and kept very clean, little bit dated but great ammenities in apartment for self catering options. Pool bar had most of what you needed and only a 7 minute walk to beach and centre with good range of restaurants and shops.

My daughter was put in a upstairs apartment with 3 kids 2 of them were in prams the front door had to be closed using the key the kids found tablets on the stairs

Fab location and great apartments

Los apartamentos están bien, antiguos pero el baño y las camas nuevas. Le haría falta un repaso a la pintura ( zonas con desconchones) y la cocina tenía lo superbásico ( no hay cafetera, lo dije y me miraron como si pudiera algo raro y me ofrecieron buscar una eléctrica se goteo pero con pocas ganas la verdad..., así que si no vas a comer ni desayunar está bien, puedes hacerlo en el restaurante de las instalaciones aunque es carillo.... La piscina y todo lo demás estupendo

Friendly staff, clean rooms but slightly outdated. Very convenient location, only 7 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Would recommend staying here.

Checking in easy and friendly. The apartments are a little dated but spacious and most importantly clean and have everything needed for our stay. Air con included in the price so that was good as it was needed. The location was excellent a few minutes walk to all amenities. A really enjoyable stay and will definitely stay again.
