the concierges were amazing, available in max. 5 mins. the place was HUGE, way bigger than we thought, with a beautiful balcony and. abide to the streets. we stayed there as a couple for 5 days, they don't have kitchen towels so i would recommend to pack those before hand, but very beautiful, would recommend and visit any time again!

This was a great place to stay
Property was a bit tricky getting into.
We had to use intercom to get let inside as we arrived out of hours having paid for the night before due to early arrival
There is a machine you use once inside to check in and print your room card. It takes a while but is relatively easy to use
The apartment itself was clean and spacious and a bit sparsely furnished.
For a 2 bedroom apartment it only had 1 sofa and could have done with more seating.
There was a dining table with 4 chairs
It didn’t worry us travelling with 2
There was a small balcony which was awesome and we enjoyed watching the street below with a glass of wine in the afternoons
Bed in main bedroom very comfortable
Kitchen was spacious with dishwasher but could have done with more utensils and cooking equipment for cooking
There was a laundromat right across the street
Was close to public transport
Sagrada was easy one kilometre walk away
Would recommend.

房間大，乾淨，只有一個平底鍋可用，自炊不方便
在機器上辦理自助入住，房間號碼，房卡皆由機器處理，但若有狀況，機器旁有電話可聯絡管理員，

The check-in code never arrived, so we had to contact the reception. Reaching the reception was a bit complicated, as it was locked. The Wi-Fi connection was weak and didn’t work properly. On the positive side, the price was reasonable and the neighborhood was quiet. The apartment, however, could have been cleaner—there was some old water left in the pot.

This was a great place to stay

The location was great and the apartment was spacious.
It was difficult to contact the host to access entry on arrival and he appeared to be annoyed that I kept contacting him.
Routine to access the accommodation is somewhat confusing and overwhelming.

숙박시설은 마치 한국의 펜션시설 같이 편안하고 좋았습니다. 하지만 체크인 과정이 너무 매끄럽지 못합니다. 우리는 새벽 두시에 도착하여 한시간 반을 공포에 떨었어야 했습니다. 사전에 체크인에 문제가 있던 리뷰를 봐서 우려가 된다고 메시지까지 보냈지만 상세한 설명이 없었다. 체크인을 하는 동과 우리가 묶는 동 부터 우선 다르다는것을 체크인을 하고서야 알았다. 우여곡절 끝에 셀프체크인을 하는 기계를 찾았지만 도시세 결제만이 남은 상황에서 인터넷이 끊기고 전기가 나가는 상황까지,

Die Unterkunft ist sehr Zentral,man kann sehr gut überall ankommen,ob es zu Bahn,Bus, oder die Sehenswürdigkeiten!!
Zum Empfang war eine große Kakarlake auf dem Bett! Sauber wurde die Wohnung nicht hinterlassen,oder wurde nicht sauber gemacht!!
In der Küche waren noch Krümeln auf dem Stühlen!! Zwei weitere Betten hatten noch Haare zu sehen!
Auch über die Schränke könnten man einmal rüberwischen!!die bieten einen Wasserkocher an, aber der ist von innen verostet,was man nicht benutzen kann!!

Perfect location near to the Sagrada Familia. Two metro stations are at walkable distance and it is on the route of a hop on hop off bus. Rooms are big with equally big living space and kitchen. Hygiene is well maintained inside the flat as well as the entire building.

O apartamento é grande e bem
agradável, com sacada na sala com vista para a torre Glòries, um dos quartos é pequeno, mas ajudou muito ter 2 quartos.
Eletrodomésticos da cozinha novos.
Fizemos o checkin automático numa máquina, deu tudo certo, mas foi um pouco trabalhoso, precisamos de ajuda por interfone que foi essencial também para conseguirmos entrar no prédio para acessar a máquina.
Ar condicionado ótimo.
Sugestão para melhorar o apto: renovar enxoval de toalhas de banho, ter ferro de passar roupa, ter mais alguns travesseiros.

We arrived in pretty late so we knew there wouldn't be anyone at reception. The self checkin was just not working for us, after putting my details in several times it rejected my booking. I pressed the intercom for help, when I got the the person I was talking to he issued a ticket from the machine, told me the room number so of I went up in the lift, fine got there but the key wouldnt work for the number so back down to the intercom where he then told me that our apartment was in another building after faffing around with key cards, up and down lifts and finding the right apartment we had easily wasted an hour. Apartment very basic, with only the bare essentials, no laundry in the building as was advertised in the apartments bio. The area was very good, plenty of shops, metro, buses etc. Certainly not worth what we paid for our 5 night stay. We wont be back, but just letting other people aware.
