Every thing was sorprising out of what we expect 180 degrees better than we expect from the welcome counter to direction to any where we like to go and they explain step to detail the breakfast to diner was so good to detail the servers Maria and shavy they was the five days the we spend there no Everett day was to meet my expectation 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Objet : Réclamation et demande de remboursement - Parking gratuit non disponible Madame, Monsieur, Je vous contacte suite à mon séjour du 8 au 9 novembre 2025 réservé via hotel.com pour ma famille (mon épouse et mes enfants). Motifs de ma réclamation : Lors de ma réservation, votre annonce mentionnait explicitement un "parking gratuit sécurisé". Or, à notre arrivée : Parking inadapté et non disponible : Le parking se situe dans un bâtiment séparé de l'hôtel, avec une capacité maximale de 10-12 places seulement, totalement disproportionnée par rapport à la taille de votre établissement. La hauteur (1m80) et l'espace extrêmement réduit rendent ce parking difficilement utilisable. Parking complet : Le parking était déjà saturé à notre arrivée, nous empêchant totalement d'y accéder, malgré la mention "parking gratuit" sur votre annonce. Dommages matériels : En tentant de faire demi-tour dans cet espace inadapté, j'ai endommagé ma voiture par frottement. Désagrément majeur : J'ai dû chercher une place de stationnement pendant plus de 35 minutes dans une zone surpeuplée, et me garer finalement à 15 minutes à pied de l'hôtel, avec ma famille et nos bagages. Ce que je demande : Ces informations trompeuses constituent un manquement grave aux conditions de réservation. Le service annoncé n'a pas été fourni et a causé un préjudice matériel et moral important. Je demande donc le remboursement intégral de ma nuit d'hôtel. Je reste à votre disposition pour trouver une solutio

The front desk staff was very helpful and cordial. However last day the server at the restaurant was too loud and kept throwing dishes and food waste around and made too much noise making it an unpleasant experience to have breakfast. She continued even after requesting not to make too much noise.

Loved this hotel! Beautiful location right next to a park with lovely sunny rooms and a kitchenette with stove, refrigerator, sink, microwave, kettle and many amenities on site. Wonderful staff at the front desk made this an absolutely incredible stay. I hope to come back.

Personal profesional y amable. Las habitaciones son cómodas e insonorizadas. Tuvimos una cena muy agradable en el restaurante del hotel. En general, tuvimos una estancia de 10.

Loved everything about this place!

Tuvimos problemas con la ducha informamos y no se soluciono. El menu de la cena es repetitivo

This was an excellent place to stay! My family loved it. The front desk manager was wonderful and very helping. Breakfast was amazing and quite filling. We will stay there again.

The hotel has long been in need of renovation, everything is outdated. We chose it in order to use the sauna after our flight. But the sauna and jacuzzi are barely warm, uncomfortable, and not free. Breakfast is normal.

Im großen und ganzen ein wchönes Hotel. Frühstück war ok. Unbedingt privaten Parkplatz vom Hotel benutzen, Autos sind in den Straßen nicht sicher.
