Good sized room for 2 adults and a 7 years old. Fresh towels daily. Plenty of space for us, including a bike and bike box. Nice wee kitchen area for prepping lunch.

Apartment was okay, overpriced for what you are provided with. Aircon doesn’t work, kitchen doesn’t have full appliances and couch has holes. The main pool was very dirty, in need of adequate chemicals. We requested a fan but we weren’t provided with one until the last night. Staff are lovely and apartment clean. Area surrounding the property is quite ‘dodgy’. Wouldn’t recommend staying in callella

Negativ: Zimmer sind zum Gang hin sehr hellhörig. Wenn andere Gäste mit ihren Koffern vorbeilaufen, hört man es sehr. An einem Tag war das Wasser aufgrund Rohrarbeiten abgestellt und es wurde nur durch einen Aushang im Aufzug bekannt gegeben. Auch wurde das Zimmer plus Küche nicht groß gereinigt sondern nur die Handtücher ausgetauscht. Bei einem Aufenthalt von 8 Tagen wäre eine Reinigung angemessen. Positiv: die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Der Pool ist super. Das Zimmer plus Küche mit Balkon ist für den Preis echt hammer. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Auch liegt das Hotel in der Innenstadt mit allem was man braucht in Laufdistanz.

I love this hotel the customer service was amazing and our room was clean and spacious We liked the terrace so much also the area very nice there was everything we needed shops restaurants.

Es gab nur Hervorragende Bewertungen. Leider konnten wir dies nicht bestätigen. Die Zimmer waren groß aber schon sehr abgewohnt. Das sofabett für unsere Kinder mussten wir bei Ankunft selbst öffnen und beziehen. Wurde uns beim Check in schon mitgeteilt. Mitarbeiter beim Check in waren sehr nett. Jedoch war das Hotel leider sehr alt und nicht einladend.

there was an ant infestation in my room on 2 different days and i asked for my room to be changed due to an allergy towards ants but nothing was done. the bath water also wouldn't go down causing an overflow of water. wouldn't recommend

Lors de la réservation, nous avions demandé s'il était possible de réserver une place de parking. On nous a dit que le parking n'est pas réservable et qu'il faudrait voir à l'arrivée s'il reste de la place. A notre arrivée, la personne devant moi a eu droit à une place réservée à l'avance. Je ne sais pas comment. Alors que nous étions déjà arrivés et stationnés sur le parking de l'hôtel, je reçois un message pour me dire qu'il reste une seule petite place donc de bien vouloir confirmer ma réservation si nous avons une petite voiture. Vraiment l'impression qu'ils essaient de refourguer les places qu'ils n'ont pas réussi à "vendre". Concernant la chambre, nous étions a côté d'une sorte de local pour les femmes de ménage. Il y a des poubelles du coup ça sentait très mauvais par moment. De plus, dès le matin tôt, il y avait du bruit dans ce local, des portes qui claquent, des coups sur le mur, des gens qui parlent très fort. Sachant qu'il y a une chambre à côté, le personnel pourrait faire attention et être plus discret. Sinon la chambre était plutôt confortable et propre. Le petit déjeuner était bien.

Vi valgte å bli en ekstra uke. Dette hotellet passet oss veldig bra. Hyggelige ansatte som tar seg tid til å snakke med deg og hilser og er blide😊. Bassengområde er akkurat passelig slik at man kan ligge i solsenga og ha full kontroll på barna.

Accueil professionnel une employée au français impeccable nous a facilité l’enregistrement. La chambre était adéquate mobilié en fin de vie cependant. Balcon petit et pas privé du tout on subissait les fumeurs voisins. Point moins agréable le coffre fort de la chambre est payant c’est un point non spécifié. Stationnement intérieur pratique évidemment payant (sans surprise) et très étroit. On se sentait en sécurité.

Much better than we expected. Very clean and we got new towels every day, it is very nice when there are swimming pool and towels get often wet.

Mobiliario y puertas totalmente nuevas. Recepción Perfecta. Atención muy buena. Limpieza muy bien Baño nuevo. Instalaciones perfectas. No es muy grande, pero mejor todo mas cercano. Pudimos descansar, que es lo que necesitábamos. Si tengo que volver a Calella, será mi primera opción.

Stayed in a street-facing family apartment on the 2nd floor for 4 nights. Had a brilliant stay! The staff were amazing - very helpful and friendly. There was not too much noise coming from the street but on the weekend nights there was quite a bit of noise from other rooms although it didn't disturb us too much. The only negatives comments would be that a family apartment sleeping up to 6 people only had 2 cups so only 2 people could drink at any given time. We requested a third and told it wasn't possible. Also the shower overflowed on the first day and flooded the bedroom opposite. The cleaner emptied the filter and it seemed to be working ok. However after she left and I returned to the shower the same issue happened after about 30 seconds. We realised eventually that it is just a poorly designed drainage system where the drain can't get rid of water as fast as it is flowing. To get around it as ended up just using the shower on half power. A bit annoying but no more flooding! One of us found the bed quite hard and uncomfortable but the other 2 found it fine so this is a very personal view. Aside from that the stay was excellent. The pool area was lovely. Didn't use the pool itself but the loungers were great. A lovely location also. A short walk from the main shopping street and only 10mins walk to the beach and train station. Would recommend!
