The facilities and the look of the apartment is very basic. But it is value for money, you have stove, fridge, cooking utensils and glasses/ plates. There is a supermarket nearby too. But if you don’t drive, it will be a bit inconvenient.

Would not stay here again. No free parking available outside as advertised so forced to pay for covered underground (small spaces, dark and dirty). The reception area smells bad and noises from Irish bar downstairs disturbed our sleep. The breakfast is not offered in the same location so rain or shine you must walk to breakfast location. Overall poor stay and poor value for money.

Room it’s nothing that I was expecting and what’s presented on the pictures it’s not mentioned about enormous stairs living it’s at one floor and bedroom to another floor , sheets been terrible with other people hair left on, kitchen not equipped fully staff tried unsuccessfully to give us a kettle for making coffee dishes are old and not very clean, bed it’s coming out from the closet and feet was broken, floor was flooded before probably and was filled with bumps, in bathroom they put hand wash instead of shower gel and no shampoo which it’s normal to have it in any hotel room, cover from the sofa was unwashed as it was having smell of cigarettes we found a bin bag in the bathroom full of cigarettes and garbage so staff was not clean proper before us we refuse the room as the staff didn’t help us with anything but the management didn’t bother to help us with another room and not even next day when apparently other rooms supposed to be available by their saying at the ground floor it’s a bar and all night people drink and make lots of noise and you cannot rest yourself by 2-3 a clock at night but the most important it’s that management didn’t do anything to help us and to make our stay comfortable and night staff it’s completely unprepared for the job I would never stay again there, answer from management was to pay us money back which it’s unfair because to get room somewhere else last minute it’s expensive but it will be profitable for them AVOID THIS PROPERTY IF YOU CAN.

Las sábanas y las toallas olían a tabaco. Horrible, poca comodidad en general y los colchones estaban gastadisimos. Nunca repetiré.

Viaje de Ocio, a 25 min de la ciudad de las artes. Espacio agradable, pero básicamente es un hotel de paso o para solo llegar a Dormir.

Lo recomiendo por tener un buen balance entre calidad y precio.

Étant venue en 2012 en vacances. Je suis revenue en 2025 car l’hôtel est très bien, le confort, l'ambiance (comme toujours). Je retournerais certainement en 2026 mais pour un bon mois. Merci à toute l'équipe.

Excelente. Nada malo que decir. El apartamento precioso, con grandes ventanales y con balcón en el piso de arriba. Todo limpio y ordenado.

Great place

I was starting to feel that there were no honest descriptions of holiday accommodations on these hotel apps anymore but thankfully WellApartments not only lived up to their description but thoroughly surpassed it with flying colours. My wife and I would stay here again without hesitation. If only there were more like this wonderful place!

3 nuits sur place , ca fait le job c'est propre mais par contre ce n'est vraiment pas chaleureux et il faut sortir et marcher 10 minutes dans la rue pour aller prendre le petit dej dans un autre hotel

Käymme täällä usein, edullinen ja lemmikki ystävällinen. Lattiat oli saamassamme huoneessa aika raavitut ja paistin pannu huonokuntoinen. Muutenkin keittiön varustelu on niukka. Pysäköinti hotellin edessä kadulla ja aina on tilaa ollut. Tulemme varmaan kuitenkin ensi vuonna uudelleen.

Nos hemos alojado ya unas cuantas veces en este aparthotel, repetimos siempre que tenemos que viajar a Valencia, muy recomendable en relación calidad/precio.

Grosse Zimmer, mit kleine Kűche. Leider Herd hat nicht funktioniert. Nachbar hat während des Frűhstűck seine Hunde alein ins Zimmer bellen lassen und unsere Katze hat dadurch angst gehabt. Dumme Leute gibts....Hotel ist fűr dieses nicht schuldig. Preis/Leistung stimmt und werden wie wieder hier Ůbernächten.

Todo fue muy bien, nos permitieron hacer el chekin antes de la hora estipulada, y ademas nos dieron una habitacion superior. Aparcamiento gratuito en la puerta, un carrefour expres al lado, y todo limpio.
