The issue was with check in. I blame Hotels . Com. The insructions were wrong. It was saying to go to soe other hotel after 2pm which will assist with check in. We arrived at 8pm . And found locked door. When we checked the insruction , it said to go to another place (20 min walk) for check in. When I got to the place it was closed for renovations for last 3 days. Thanks for the neigboring business which provided me with wifi and assisted to call the number mentioned for the hotel, I was able to call an the lady told me that she will return a call. The call was returned in a half hour -15 min and they explained that we just need to push a button on the appatment building enterance and do electronic check in inside. I am just wondering why we did no get the instruction from the property by e-mail or on Hotels.com app. I lost 1.5 hour of my time and had a stress which was useless
Primero que nada quiero hacer este comentario, la amabilidad del personal de recepción se llevan un 1,000 sobre todo Carlos, que tuvo muy buenas atenciones conmigo, fue mi salvador, le estoy muy agradecido, el departamento de lujo, muy buena ubicación, limpieza, comodidad, me gusto mucho, si regreso para alojarme ya sea en el departamento o en el hotel, excelente todo en general
