Spotless rooms staff were excellent and very welcoming

A few issues with our room on 1st day (1) could not open the door lock; (2) no channels on TV; (3) handwash in bathroom & shower hard to use; (4) unfamiliar with shower operation. All were attended to immediately apart from door lock: 1st day different staff members turned the lock open with apparent ease (making us feel inadequate); 2nd day 'handyman' squirted WD40 into the lock (not solved); day 3 handyman arrived with a set of locks, one of which worked smoothly for the remaining time. This was a minor annoyance: we loved the room, the whole hotel and the friendly staff

The rooms were good and spacious the pool was great and no problems getting sun beds The pool bar let the pool area down it didnt have food apart from the odd sandwich which was sat out on the side in the heat as the hotel is situated away from shops it meant you had to leave if you wanted to eat during the day For an adults only hotel the breakfast finishes far too early 10 am but it was actually 9.50 and taken away by 10am The staff were friendly and helpful just the issues ive raised let the hotel down

Nice hotel. Clean, spacious, nice pool area. Could do with more cups and plates in the restaurant and a gym makeover.

Clean, quiet, well located. Gym could do with a refurbishment.

Everything at the hotel was spotless. The staff were super friendly. We loved our pool view room. The hotel is about a 30 minute stroll from the business of Corralejo which suited us fine.

The room was lovely and spacious, lots of storage. Food was as expected for a 4 star, there were theme nights which were a nice change. The whole resort was quite clean and the staff were very friendly.

Struttura con camere molto belle ma poco curata negli esterni. Cucina nella media . Personale molto gentile. Attività serale di animazione internazionale. La struttura si trova a pochi minuti dal mare e con l’auto si possono raggiungere facilmente il centro di Corralejo e le dune .

We had 2-3 favourite staff although all were great. Hotel very clean and very nice.

Excellent place to stay

Excellent location, great food, lovely clean and spacious rooms

Très bel établissement simple, propre, accueillant, avec un all inclusive défiant tout rapport qualité prix. Chambre spacieuse avec canapé et balcon sur la piscine. À 5mn du centre ville en trottinette où se trouvent des petites plages mignonnes. À 10mn de marche + 3mn de bus des plages spectaculaires parmi les 40 plus belles du monde. À 60€ et 30mn de taxi de l’aéroport. Un peu excentré donc, mais tout est fait pour que ce ne soit pas pesant. Personnel hyper agréable et aux petits soins. Buffet très complet et varié (sauf les desserts, fruits répétitifs et parts de gâteaux industriel, mais on ne peut pas tout avoir!) Très bonne ambiance, possibilité de rester à la piscine le dernier jour avec douche de courtoisie le soir même si on a laissé la chambre à 11h. Très bon souvenir!

My husband and I (54 & 50 yrs) stayed in Arena Suites 24th April to 1st May all inclusive. The Hotel was 100 % spotless(no cockroaches,Ants,flys etc),the Atmosphere was quiet n peaceful,no rif raf or rude people ,very safe
