Great location.Easty to every sightseeing spots. Comforable apartment especially with an amazing kitchen. The only small problem is the water in the shower can't be drained out quuvkly.

It was an amazing place… you will enjoy the apartment. Only thing was they forgot to refill the shampoo and body soap. Close to Arc de Triomf but there is a 5-7 minutes walk from the storage place and Metro. If it is scourging hot in the summer, it is definitely a long walk especially with luggages in tow. If this is okay with you, then you will love their fantastic apartment.

Mycket trevligt och fin Apartament

Me fue bien. Tuvimos un desperfecto con la secarropas y lo solucionaron al día siguiente. Hubieron ruidos molestos que también fueron solucionados. Más allá de eso el lugar era espacioso y tenía todas las comodidades para mi, mi esposa y 3 hijos (1 de ellos de un año y medio). Además nos brindaron el servicio de bag storage sin costo alguno. Muy buena atención.

Amazing stay at this appartment for 4 nights. We stayed with a 4 and a 7 yo and walked everywhere. We didn’t fancy staying on Ramblas as it’s a bit too busy but this was just perfect. Close enough but peaceful. We are already making plans to go back later this year with friends. Just perfect. Thank you.

Great location and friendly staff. Parking 10 mins away which they organised for us. Would be wonderful if there was a little sound proofing to the outside as was quite noisy. Otherwise great for a weekend break.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. We arrived late due to our flight being delayed. Alvaro (I think that was his name) met us at the apartment without any issues and was very helpful telling us where the nearest supermarkets and pharmacies were, as well as pointing out some points of interest on our map. The apartment was a 10 min walk from La Rambla with lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. We had a fantastic stay in Barcelona.

Great location and a beautiful and clean apartment with all the things needed in the kitchen and bathroom. We would definitely recommend this apartment!

Management staff very nice and helpful

This property at best is a 2star. The pictures did not match the actual apartment. Poor conditions.

Неплохие апартаменты для краткосрочного пребывания. Комнаты сильно разные - одна с хорошей кроватью, другая - больше техническая (узкая с двумя односпальными кроватями). Для двух полноценных семей данные апарты не подходят. Мебель скрипит, площадь квартиры маленькая. Район хороший, рядом есть достойные рестораны и платные паркинги.

Très bien située , literie confortable , pour 4 personnes c’est l’ideal mais la deuxième chambre a des lits supposés , c’est plutôt pour des jeunes ,si on utilise le canapé lit , il n’y a pas trop de place .

I liked the price on a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen and washer and dryer that was 3 blocks from the Gothic Quarter.

Aspasios Urquinaona Design has a beautiful 2-bedroom apartment with comfortable beds and a nice balcony for breakfast and visiting. The bedrooms were very quiet. We stayed a week.

The apartment is located close to the center in walking distance of most sites. It was a quite area with nearby conveniences. Cleanliness could use some improvement, last tenants garbage and some appliances where not cleaned. Overall a good place to stay.

I would recommend this apartment. It is centrally located, near Las Ramblas and the Gothic quarter. There also was a market very close by. The apartment was clean and the beds were very comfortable. While they give shampoo, conditioner, and soap, they do not replace it like in a hotel - so bring some too! (We did and it was fine). The washer was broken and was never fixed, although the management sent a maintenance person twice, so they were attentive. Unfortunately it was never fixed and we packed light because we thought we had a washer/dryer. The air conditioning works, but doesn't go below 22 degrees C., which is fine for the day, but if you like to sleep in cold temperatures it is a little high. The elevator broke one day, but, again, management was quick to get it fixed by the end of the day. Just so you know, you can not sit on the balconies, just look out, but it is a great view. The apartment was overall a good experience.
