### Apartment Review This apartment has several issues: 1. **Reception Experience**: Upon arrival, a female receptionist who could not communicate effectively with guests escorted us to our room. She displayed a lack of basic politeness and failed to inform us about any issues with the apartment. 2. **Broken Appliances**: - The stove and washing machine were both broken, rendering them unusable. - The ingredients we purchased were completely wasted as a result. 3. **Additional Issues**: - In the following days, more appliances became inoperative, including the hairdryer. - On the last day, the water heater provided no hot water. Overall, given the price, it is unreasonable to stay here, especially with these consistent problems.

Está bien para una noche. Nos tocó el apartamento en la planta baja, es decir, nada más entrar al edificio, llegabas al apartamento. La ventana da hacia la calle, por lo que estuvimos todo el tiempo con las persianas cerradas ya que no cuenta con alguna cortina delgada o algo para tener privacidad. Literalmente, la gente de la calle nos veía en la cocina/salón. La habitación donde se quedaron mis padres no tenía puerta, todo era abierto. El baño está bien, con puerta corrediza. Por lo demás, creo que está bien con lo que hemos pagado. Lo que no me gustó fue que estuve esperando a que me llegara algún mensaje para realizar el check in, rellenar los datos y todo eso que se suele hacer previo a llegar, pero nunca me llegó, así que tuve que llamar al teléfono que facilitaron y contactarme para que nos dejaran ingresar al edificio, rellenar los datos y hacer el check in, lo que nos entretuvo unos 15 min hasta poder salir.

Beautiful apartments, amazing location, really lovely staff. Was perfect for our girls trip.

Property is very clean and modern at great location. Host was very helpful. We arrived very early and were able to use lockers in the foyer to store our luggage.

I found it hard to use the hob. Once i had explored the area i realised the flat was easy to find but it was hard to find on the first day as i didnt have a map of tbe area. On the last night i was kept awake by washing machines starting at different times througbout the night.

Great location and nice room

Property was very nice, but black mold in the shower floor brought down your score for me. The sofa was also not good, as it was trying to open up to a bed, when you wanted just a sofa. It needs to be replaced. Kitchen was well stocked. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

Cleanliness was not really for what claimed as a 4 stars

Lovely apartment centrally located in the old town. Easy to find and a short walk from the station (10 mins slow wander). Angel was very helpful

great location, easy to find and access once contacted the host for key codes. We arrived late evening and had no issues. Apartment spacious, great socialising areas and the 2 bathrooms were great. They provide some small toiletries and washing up facilities, if there longer would need to purchase more. There is a Lidl/Aldi 7mins walk away and open until 930pm. Great accommodation if travelling with family/kids. We would stay again.

Lindo apartamento, acogedor, muy limpio, céntrico

Angel, the apartment manager was wonderful. Very prompt and accommodating. Spacious and nice apartment. Would have been better if it had been furnished with nicer furniture. Also, the description was specific in indicating that there was an espresso maker, but it was only a drip coffee maker and we had to purchase our own espresso maker

Lovely clean small apartment- same cute style as advertised but not the same layout. Location was excellent. Seemed well equipped but we ate out so didnt use the kitchen equipment. However, on the negative side we were given the apartment on the ground floor right next to the front door with a bedroom window that looked out on to the inner hallway. This meant it was noisy at night with the front door banging and hearing chatting from other guests. The bedroom window could do with bricking up as it's unusable (for both privacy and to block noise). Also the mattress and pillows were very hard so all in all we didnt sleep well.

Unfortunately the property did not reflect any of the pictures on listing, especially the bathroom - this was an accessible bathroom without a shower box/glass door or curtain so water flooded half of the bathroom (the WC was right next to it). I was not made aware of this feature before or after booking the property on Expedia; the host failed to communicate this when getting in touch with me to share check in instructions ahead of the trip. Had I known the bathroom didn't have a proper shower box, I would have not booked it so I felt blindsided. I asked Expedia to relocate me but they failed to do so and as a solo female traveller I had no choice but to stay there. The host didn't even offer an apology or proactively tried to move me to another apartment or make up for it. There was also a strong smell of damp/mould which didn't go away despite opening windows in the morning. I could see some patches of damp behind the sofa so that might be it! However, as a honest person I would like to acknowledge some positives (as there were a few for sure). 1. the studio (yes, mine was a studio and not an apartment with a separate bedroom) was clean and tidy with modern decor 2. the location was great, super close to everything with cafes and restaurants nearby 3. there is a free locker where you can leave your belogings after checkout 4. the assistant on Whatsapp was responsive and on hand for any questions throughout my stay.

Apartment war sehr dunkel und nur kleine Fenster zum Innenhof. Spartanische Einrichtung die auch relativ abgewohnt und schmuddelig ist, insbesondere der „Teppich „ im Wohnbereich. Kleines Schlafzimmer ohne Schränke, wir haben aus dem Koffer gelebt und die waren in der Küche auf der Couch. Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken auch sehr klein und von einem Apartment „Deluxe „ entspricht hier überhaupt nichts. Auf die Frage an den Vermieter wie man ein Apartment in den oberen Stockwerken bekommt meinte er dass er damit nichts zu tun hat und wollte den Diskussionen aus dem Weg gehen. Er hat sich auch nicht mehr blicken lassen und hat auch nicht nachgefragt ob alles okay ist, sehr schwach. Die Lage ist gut aber wenn man sich nicht wohl fühlt verdirbt es den ganzen Urlaub.

Apartment is well located in the historic centre of Málaga. Check in process is easy, kitchen is well stocked and apartment is beautifully furnished. The apartment could do with some paint touch ups as we noticed some scuffs on the walls and whilst the apartment was clean overall, some skirting boards were dusty. A small amenity package is provided although larger bottles as opposed to miniatures, particularly for stays more than 1 night would be welcomed.
