Nice hotel, room interior needs some renovation, but generally high standard

What a great stay!

We had an infant with us, they were able to supply bottle sanitiser, milk bottle warmer. Gave us fresh milk for tea. Breakfast was excellent. We did encounter a few ants in the room, we requested a move and got another excellent sea front view room.

Mooi hotel !

Hotel had a nice Spanish appearance, though rooms were dated and beds uncomfortable. Clean upon a quick glance but room was very dusty upon proper inspection. Staff friendly but pool boys were not very proactive to assist. Some areas of the hotel are smart, others are a bit staid and need a refresh.

What a great hotel this if you want great service, friendly staff, good food and lots of swimming pools to cool off in the heat! We had a lovely time in our first experience of a Kempinski hotel....highly recommended for families. The only negative is the beach which is not really suitable for swimming but that did not deter us from enjoying our break here.

The hotel is very nice. The staff could be nicer especially the reception and it has a very limited room service menu.

PRO: Der Service und Personal waren sehr freundlich. Das Kinderanimationsprogramm umfangreich. Das Hotel und Anlage grün und sauber. Gute Stimmung am Pool. CON: Auswahl an Essen begrenzt. Nur 2 Restaurants im Hotel. Es gibt keine Buffet, nur a la Card. Das Hotel ist sehr abgelegen. Der Strand steinig und steil (völlig ungeeignet für Kinder).

I based all my selections from people’s reviews, so here is mine. The hotel was amazing, great views, great breakfast and amenities. I wanted to be next to Marbella and for me this was the only downside, it was 20-25 minute cab ride each way and it was about $30 euros each way. If I knew that I would have tried to get a place closer. But that’s the only negative for me, my family had an amazing experience and enjoyed the pool and the ocean everyday, so overall a great experience!

This place checks some of the boxes for a 5 star but is certainly not on par with any 5 star I have stayed at. The cleaning service was excellent but otherwise the service was

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel during the week end and unfortunately during our stay there was a private religious group (private event) who occupied the main restaurant, so we were obliged to eat to the beach restaurant everyday. Every morning this group was praying and singing somewhere in the hotel, we were obliged to listen that litany. If my booking was refundable I will move from the hotel. On the other hand, the staff was really nice, helpful and polite. The food was really good.
