+：客房相对宽敞，舒适整洁。夜间有娱乐活动。酒店提供直达maspalomas的班车。 -：晚餐的主菜一般，饮料需要另外收费。最后结账时发现菜单上的价格与最终价格不符，酒店解释菜单上显示的是全包食宿的价格（我们是半包）。 ？：奇怪的是，我们打了两次电话要求拖鞋，前台说马上送上来，但第三次下前台问的时候，前台却说酒店不提供拖鞋。

Esperienza molto deludente. Il cibo è stato pessimo e di scarsa qualità. La circolazione durante la cena era caotica e mal gestita. Inoltre, la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare, in particolare nelle docce, dove era presente muffa. Nel complesso, soggiorno decisamente insoddisfacente

O hotel em si é maravilhoso. Tem uma boa localização. O café da manhã é excelente. A única coisa ruim é que me colocaram em um anexo do hotel que é longe de tudo, inclusive do café da manhã. Fora isso, nota 10.

Die Anlage an such ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Man sieht aber, dass renoviert wurde. Die Zimmer haben eine sehr gute Größe. Das Personal war leider nicht immer so freundlich.

Nice bedroom. Cleaning is good. Food is OK, although not very varied if you stay for more than a couple of days.

Food was good, all inclusive drinks were great. Hotel was clean. Good location.

El personal de 10! La comida un 2/10, se repite todos los días… dicen que hay días temáticos… pero es para verlo… Las piscinas se supon que son climatizadas y desde el sábado 01/11/25 a 08/11/25 no han estado climatizadas, siendo prácticamente imposible entrar en ellas pues el agua estaba congelada!! No repetiría

The buffet was amazing, lots of choice and the foods was in small trays so it was always super fresh and replenished when needed, best food in a hotel we've had in a long long time

Food options were good, themed evenings. Lots of fruit. Bedroom and balcony overlooked the pool, which was lovely. The hotel bus shuttle is very useful. Pool areas were good, we particularly enjoyed the family pool. Plenty of sun beds in the morning when we went. We did two Barcelo experience trips which were fantastic. Staff were polite and pleasant.

Ci siamo trovati bene, mangiare buono, staff cortese e cordiale, pulizia buona, camere tutte con balcone e belle spaziose, consigliato. Consiglio noleggio auto per spostarsi ed andare in giro per l'isola. Non è vicino alla spiaggia, c'è un servizio navetta ma che noi non abbiamo utilizzato in quanto avevamo l'auto.

Essen und getränke auswahl waren sehr üppig und es gab den ganzen tag vok allem zuviel. Pool bereich und alle gemeinschaftssachen waren optisch gut bis auf kleinigkeiten. Die gänge sollten dringend neu gemacht werden da sie nicht zum rest passen und um das hotel klnnte man optisch noch etwas aufwerten. Wir hatten einen tollen urlaub. Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

Good all round

Nice hotel and very clean modern rooms. Nice to have a choice of pools. The staff were extremely friendly from check in to check out. 2 big let downs: The inside bar ( if you can call it that) as it was literally chairs lined up in a corridor. I can see this being an issue in summer months as I can image most entertainment will be held on the stage at the middle level pool. Another let down was the food. Whilst there was a good choice of salad items and the snack bar in the day was well stocked. The hot food items in the main restaurant were very mediocre. Often having to hunt around to piece a meal together. That being said some items were of decent quality. The biggest worry of the food is the lack of labelling. If you have allergies beware! All food is labeled wrong and doesn’t correspond to what is actually out. There was one night I asked what the meat was and was told chicken. It was actually beef. So it seems the staff are unsure of what they are serving. All in all a decent stay but there are definitely areas for improvement.
