The staff is great, but this property needs a refresh. I have stayed in other Barcelo properties and was disappointed in the condition of this one. The furniture in the lobby is dirty and should be either cleaned or replaced. The rooms can use a refresh as well.

The Hotel can use an upgrade. Furniture in lobby and dinning chairs need updates.The room was dusty, shower had great tile but moldy in corners of floor, bedding had small holes in it and the room needed a paint job.Amenities weren’t replenished. No iron or tissues in the room. However ,the staff was pleasant and location was great.
Stayed in other Barcelona Hotels and was a little disappointed

Hotel bien renovado, habitaciones grandes y camas muy buenas, como todos, mantenimiento bajo, aire acondicionado con mal funcionamiento, menos mal que fue en mayo, luces q no encienden o difíciles de apagar.
