Good hotel, good location, everything within walking distance, and very nice staffs.

It was inconvenient to open and lock the key because it was old. The bathroom was so small that I couldn't stretch my arms.

It is close to the attractions. To be out all the time visiting the city, it is an excellent choice.

Small but quiet hotel. Great location. Coffee and drink bar is a good plus! The only real downside was the bathroom being super small and outdated.

Nice hotel with big room and free stuff

Localização excelente, funcionários muito prestativos e educados. Apesar de não ter café da manhã, tem uma área com máquina de café, água, refrigerante, sucos e uns pães em embalagens que super são suficientes. Quarto confortável, tamanho só um pouco pequeno, mas excelente.

Friendly staff, but our room facing the street “Puerta de la Carne” was very, very, noisy all night due to the crowded bars and all day due to the street construction below our window. The interior rooms looked quiet, but we can’t say for sure.

No geral é um bom hotel. A localização é boa, bem no centro histórico. Dá para conhecer tudo a pé. Tem um buffet de café e petiscos na recepção, disponível o dia todo, o que ajuda bastante. Não considero excelente porque o quarto é muito barulhento, o colchão não é confortável. Tem cheiro de gordura insuportável no quarto que vem de um restaurante de frituras que fica na esquina.

Close to a lot of restaurants - so can be noisy at night. The entrance is actually via another hotel at the back which was not too clearly explained. A bit tiring going through one building, up a few levels in the lift, then going to a second building before going to the right floor of the hotel in this second building. The room is a bit cramped. There is water, soft drink, coffee and some simple food for breakfast that is provided which was great. Service was a touch blunt.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Room was clean and quiet. Had the basics in the bathroom, appreciated the shampoo and soap samples. Good water pressure. Friendly staff. Offered free juice, water, cereal, small breakfast rolls, coffee, tea in the lobby. Only complaint was the metal head board rattled with every move of the bed.

Habitación extremadamente ruidosa, acompañada de una limpiadora que da golpes fuertes desde las 8 de la mañana. Plato de ducha pequeño, y habitación sin apenas luz natural. No merece la pena para lo caro que es su precio, sobre todo el hecho de que te despierten a golpes, una y otra vez.
