酒店距離市中心較遠，要坐火車5个站才能到SOL. 另外行去火車站都要15～20分钟。若是驾車这裡就最好選擇。 有Free packing.另外去其他地方都好方便。早餐尚算O K。

Cadena de hoteles en la que me suelo quedar

Pagué 155 € por una noche cuando es una cama horrible para dormir a 2 cm del suelo, un baño, sucio, la habitación llena de polvo y una tele que no iba, lamentable mi experiencia en esta cadena de hoteles no la recomiendo y no pienso volver ni valiendo 30 € me siento estafado

Oltiin Getafessa katsomassa fudista. Hotellilta stadikalle matkaa reilu 2km. Juna asemalta käveltiin hotellille noin vartissa. Stadikalle meni ehkä noin 20-25min. Perushotelli. Hyvä huone kahdelle henkilölle. Jos menisin Getafeen uudestaan voisin mennä helposti tähän samaan hotelliin. Lidl hotellin vieressä hyvä plussa.

It was clean and convenient.

I wanted to have later check out, than 12.00, but the staff said is not possible, where two girls. Even I explained that is normal and I am a regular costumer, they said I had to pay for a new night. But when I check on the webpage they do have later check out. VERY poor service! Not happy!

Muy buen hotel y muy central

The hotel is marketed as 4 star but in reality it is between 2 and 3 stars. The rooms are a good size, with very comfortable beds and good quality linen. They were also very clean. The room did not have any decor and lacked amenities. The air conditioning was not great, the shower had to be fixed and the safe did not work. The hotel lacks character. The first thing you see on entry is an Amazon delivery locker and vending machines. The decor is basic and it feels more like a hostel rather than a hotel. The Ibis which is next door is a 3 star but had live music, a bar and restaurant. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. We still enjoyed our stay but the hotel needs to be marketed as what it is to avoid disappointment.

Hotel, con buena situación. Personal amable y predispuesto a ayudar. Silencioso y cómodo para aparcar. Habitaciones amplias. Si hubiera que poner una pega es que los colchones están dados de si (con forma de V) y cuesta descansar,

The place is quiet and clean. The staff not too friendly.

We stayed for 4 nights. The rooms were modern and clean. The breakfast was more than I expected. Lovely fresh orange juice, cold meats , some cooked items and lots of breads and croissants. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was clean, safe and the staff was lovely. They have coffee free 24 hours a day which was a big plus. The only thing that was negative was that they had no air conditioning and no screens on the windows and the room got rather hot overnight..
