Welcome to use Google Translate to see our terrible experience 再也不會入住，請大家抵制這種只想賺錢的旅店。 1.浴缸不能使用。因為沒有塞子，我們從第一天到最後一天，連續地向主人反應，主人說會拿來，卻到最後一天都沒有。我們當初是因為浴缸才選擇此旅店，卻不能使用。我們懷疑是故意不給塞子，讓我們無法泡澡，節省旅店熱水花費。 2.沐浴用品及衛生紙只提供"第一天"。我們五個人住了四天三夜，卻只有一捲衛生紙及"一份"沐浴用品"，請注意是"一份"，並不是一人一份，只有一份。我們向主人反應，後來只有提供衛生紙，仍然沒有沐浴用品，從來沒有住過這麼離譜的旅店。 3.清潔費及押金收取不合理。住宿旅店額外收取清潔費，卻沒有要幫忙打掃，所有碗盤與垃圾我們都要自己處理，否則會另外扣押金。以前住的旅店，清潔費皆已包含垃圾收送和房間清潔，且這間旅店的住宿費用並不是特別便宜。向主人反應，主人說明"清潔費只有床單更換”，我們並不同意只有床單更換就需要這麼高昂的費用，幾乎都可以買新床單了。押金合約上標注如不整潔，垃圾沒有倒則押金沒收，差勁。最後我們必須花遊玩的時間，自己洗碗，自己打掃，自己倒垃圾與回收，清潔冰箱。離開時還需要擔心押金是否會退回，還好我們有拍照存證，我們打掃得非常乾淨，押金返還。但注意清潔費還是照樣收取，主人認為這一切是合理的。 4.熱水不足。顯示可以入住六人，卻無法洗澡。我們男生洗澡很快，但兩人洗完已經無熱水，第二人後面只有冷水。必須要等待3小時以上才能再使用熱水。後來幾天的時間我們只能分開早上晚上洗。這樣的設備事實上是無法入住這麼多人，房間若顯示能夠入住六人，應提供足夠容量的熱水供應。 5.第一天收完錢後，電話都不接。聯絡電話三隻都無人接聽，非常難聯絡。主人給我們的名片上面甚至標示為"緊急聯絡電話"，全部都無法撥通。我們傳簡訊希望主人回電，也沒有回音，後來到隔天下午才聯絡上。我們也使用Hotels.com的聯絡方式，但主人直到我們退房後才回覆。收完錢就不理客人了。如果真正發生問題，請記住電話都找不到人。

住宿地位於聖家堂附近,走路到聖家堂不用5分鐘，轉乘地鐵也很方便,附近超市餐廳很多可以自由選擇,晚上很安靜沒有什麼吵雜聲,是值得推薦的好住宿。

El departamento es muy bonito, con muy buen espacio, y bien ubicado, pero la litera estaba llena de chinches, principalmente la cama de arriba.

Propre et bien placé

Clean lift and building, plenty of towels. Shutters and AC kept the apartment at a perfect temperature. Was a 5 minute walk to SAGRADA FAMÍLIA, which id a good hub to get anywhere. Spoiled for choice for supermarkets.

Centralissimo, pulito e carino. A mio avviso 70 Euro di spese di pulizia a fine soggiorno sono uno sproposito, ma onestamente oltre a questa non ho altre osservazioni. Consigliato!

Checking in was an issue. There is no front desk and we had to call the number to set up a time to be let in to the property. There were two numbers to call, but they weren't communicating with each other and we ended up waiting over an hour outside at nightfall for someone to come let us in because they were busy letting people in all over the city. It wasn't ideal.

El departamento muy lindo amplio y bien equipado muy bien para venir en familia cerca a todo lo malo es que te exigian a pagar con tarjeta de crédito 200 euros ellos te lo cobran y después de 10 días te hacen el rembolso como mis tarjetas tenia problemas quise pagar en efectivo 200 euros total es lo mismo pero no querían y al final aceptaron pero el trato fue muy mal se molesto por pagar en efectivo hay muchos casos que te cobrar con la tarjeta de crédito y nunca te lo reembolsan y eso fue lo único que no me gustó

Los departamentos son excelentes y están muy bien ubicados, es la segunda vez que los utilizamos y los recomendamos ampliamente Lo único que costó un poco más fue contactar a los apartamentos a tés de llegar

fantastic location, great apartment - very spacious and everything that’s needed is there. loved it, for sure will stay here another time. check in process was easy, check out - just close the door. the only downside - can’t store bags at the place if come early/leave late. but i was recommended a storage locker 5kin walk away for 5€ a day, so everything worked out perfectly. thank you very much!!

Muy bueno , bien ubicado ! Faltaría algunos utensilios de cocina ( manteles, fuente pizzería, copas para vino) , pero lo restante es excelente! Me encanto! Muy recomendable

El departamento está precioso, cómodo y muy bien ubicado (a dos cuadras de la sagrada familia), cómodas las camas y cuenta con todos los servicios. Sin duda volvería!

The property is very nice and very accessible to all amenities such as shops, restaurants and transportation You don’t need to take a taxi from airport to accommodation very accessible you just have to take the public metro line 9 from airport then change to line5 in collblanc then Sagrada Família,, and 5 mins walk to Accomodation Just suggestion if they can provide a safe for the important documents of the tenants so they can live them at the accommodation while touring the area ,, Overall nice and fabulous accommodation

Appartamento nuovo è molto carino. Gli unici difetti che ho riscontrato (tutti ampiamente rimediabili) sono stati: divano sporco (ma era l’unica cosa, poi la casa era pulita), la portafinestra non si chiudeva e il lavandino del bagno era intasato

Très bien situé (à 2mn à pied de la Sagrada Familia). Appartement très propre et très fonctionnel avec tous les équipements necessaires (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, cuisne équipée, fer à repasser, sèche-cheveux...). Tres calme.
