Front desk was VERY helpful, and was quick to provide restaurant recommendations and travel tips. Overall, the most perfect location, rooms, service, and atmosphere.

住了四晚，因為常去海邊，但距離有點遠，每天走過去的話腿會斷掉。房間算不錯，樓中樓的設計，有廁所跟衛浴在房間。冷氣很冷，被子很薄小心不要感冒了。就是地板很髒。其他廚房、運動設備都蠻齊全的！

No pude llegar a hospedarme apesar que apelé a su empatía ya que por problemas médico no pude llegar no pudieron al menos cancelarme los días posteriores

Very clean and comfortable

The girl Karla on reception yelled at my son , he is from Sweden because his friend visited him, she called names his friend, then caused scandal, my son was supposed to stay the last night(Oct 26,2025), he paid for it. But she called police, & they stepped for her! What a terrible country , corrupted police! Stay away from this cheap stuff hostel. They didn't return his money for that night!

Nous avons heureusement séjourné 1 seule nuit dans cet hôtel dans la chambre famille 311 au dernier étage ….une chambre pas très propre, les appliques sur les murs ne tiennent pas, pas de pression dans les lavabos ou douche, nous avons demandés des serviettes qui ont été oubliés et on nous a répondu « peut être dans 2 heures » et nous n’en n’avons jamais eu !! La chambres est collée à une énorme chaudière ou climatisation qui fonctionne 24h24 et fait un énorme bruit même la nuit. Les matelas sont des matelas à ressorts mieux et inconfortables. Les frais de piscines sont notés « compris » dans le détail et au final c’est 8 euros en plus par personne pour une piscine qui n’est même pas dans l’hôtel mais dans une salle de fitness à côté de l’hôtel !! Séjour pourri !!!!!

Quizás debería haber más personal para el check in, y las cajas para guardar las cosas podrían tener un cierre. La gente es bastante educada al compartir habitación. Por el precio no se podía pedir más tampoco.

O recepcionista tem um péssimo atendimento, foi grosseiro, não nos ofereceu lençol. Além disso, o ar não gelava, a cama era dura, a porta do banheiro era transparente, sendo que se trata de um quarto compartilhado.

Sentimos falta de um suporte para sabonete, piso de chão do banheiro, beliches desarrumados

Nos guncionaba el wifi y tampoco el aire acondicionado y el personal un poco grosero

Nous avons dormi une nuit avec deux enfants. La chambre était très propre et bien conçue. Au dernier étage avec terrasse d'accès individuelle.

Terrible stay. We booked a room for 4, but the walls were so thin it felt like we were sharing with the neighbors. They only went to sleep around 9:30 a.m. when we were leaving, after a whole night of loud music, shouting, laughter, and even intimate noises. On top of that, our room was right across from the elevator, with constant comings and goings all night long. Honestly, a dorm might have been a better option—at least people there might be more respectful.

Les sanitaires et les douches n’étaient pas pourvus de verrous. Ce qui entraînait des problèmes mais nous avons su nous organiser pour respecter l’intimité de chacun.

The hostel was actually very nice. I do want to give a shout out to both Marta and Alex. Marta was outstanding. She was probably the best customer service person I have ran across in a very long time. Alex is just as awesome. There were a few issues though I had asked twice to have the Lock on the bathroom door fixed, and I was totally ignored. So that was a problem. The other issue was the Internet. I could not get it to work the entire time I was there. One of the other reception person tried to blame it on the iPhone, which was nonsense. So unfortunately, I did not have Internet the entire time I was there. The last issue is that I could hear everything from my neighbor when they were talking, bathroom, laughing. It was disgusting. There was no privacy whatsoever. I heard every word they said from there room that’s how thin those walls were.
