奎尔公园 BCN 公寓

I have stayed for 5 nights in Jan 2014. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. It provided daily cleansing services. It is on metro line 3 and at a quiet residential area; approximately 5 to 7 mnutes' walk from the metro station. Supermarkets were just 5 minutes' walk away. One of them opened even on Sunday afternoon. The apartment provided cooking facilities. It was basic and enough for a short stay. However, it would be perfect if there were a washing machine and an oven.

Spacious 2 room apartment. The AC kept the rooms nice and cool. The kitchen area allowed us to prepare breakfast before heading out for the day. Close to the metro to get around the city.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Barcelona starting at BcnStop Parc Guell. The location is convenient whether you’re visiting Parc Guell, or you’re heading downtown. You’re just a short ride away on the metro. The apartment was perfect for our family of six. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. The beds were a little firmer than we’re used two, but we adjusted quickly. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, cups, etc and you could definitely come meals there if you wished (we did not). There are many great restaurants and pastelerias nearby to enjoy. You can’t go wrong with these great apartments.

Un appartement confortable et spacieux. Proche du metro L3. Un personnel accueillant et serviable. Un quartier animé situé au nord de Barcelone, proche du parc Güell. Un petit bémol, le parking situé a àuelques pas de l'hôtel mais ne communicant avec celui ci, et un appartement au deuxième étage sans ascenseur.

Accueil super, personnel super

Es un lugar cómodo para estar unos días ya que se encuentra en un lugar donde hay transporte a la mano, está limpio y amplio para una familia de 5-6 personas.

Ely at the front desk is the best you can get in BCN. Everyone in the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Everything was seamless from booking to check out. Grocery store is a 2min walk, train station is a 10min walk, Parc Guell is also down the road. a lot of food and coffee options. Very safe to walk at night. Just a minor recommendation would be to add shelves and hooks in the bathroom so it's easier to store toiletries.

This property is an apartment and it was in the PERFECT location. It is between two subway stops which is a bonus. Laundry facilities within walking distance. Park Güell within walking distance. Felt safe walking at 2am like it was 2pm. Staff was great. Very responsive when reaching out. Another thing that makes this place great is its location. It is not just touristy and somebplace where people are trying to sell you things and stuff. I was there with my family and felt completely safe. I left my kids in the apartment by themselves as well as my 17 year old took the metro (subway) by himself down to the gothic quarters. Overall I would stay at this location again and would recommend it to others traveling alone or with family.

We had a very relaxed stay here, the facilities are fully suitable for a relaxed stay, very clean and quiet. Staff was super helpful and reliable

Everything looks good just for the noisy in the other apartments ....

The communication with the staff is perfect. Very friendly and helpfull! The appartements are clean and modern. I would recommand staying here if you want to visit barcelona.

la situation, la proximité du métro, l'agrément de l'appartement, la netteteté des lieux, difficile d'arriver à 50 caractères minimum imposé par expedia !

Fomos 8 pessoas, duas noites e recomendamos muito, apartamento 5* e bem acolhedor. Limpo, bem organizado, moderno e com todas as condições que precisamos. Sinceramente surpreendeu em relação às fotos (coisa que normalmente nunca acontece).

On a été très satisfaits de cet appartement. La dame à la réception était très sympathique et aidante. Le propriétaire nous a aussi très bien accueilli et aidé pour un taxi pr aller à l’aéroport. Beaucoup de petits marchés et de restaurants autour. Et la station de métro est vraiment proche.
