Habitación limpia, personal atento.

Wasn’t my thing at all. Food is consistantly awful. Entertainment was loud, cheesy and almost daily. Pool is ok. The hotel overall could do with some TLC. The staff were excellent, always helpful.

Really enjoyed our stay at BLUESEA Costa Bastian! The food and drink options on the all inclusive are brilliant and the room was really spacious and clean. The hotel staff are brilliant and always helpful and polite including the animation team! Plenty of sun loungers avaiaoable all through the day. Only real issue is the cleanliness around the pool area, the pool has a green/yellow residue around the outside that needs sorting. Could do with a jet wash each evening. However would definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent stay at the Blue Sea Costa Bastián Hotel. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all enjoyable. The hotel is located about 1 km from Playa Bastián Beach, which is a pleasant 20-minute walk. There is a bus stop (Playa Bastián IDA) approximately 15 minutes away on foot, providing convenient access to destinations such as Arrecife city (bus no. 3), the LagOmar Museum (bus no. 31 from Playa Bastián IDA to Nazaret IDA), and other attractions. We arranged a return taxi transfer from the airport through First Minute Travel, which was very reliable and hassle-free. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

A bit dated and with a derelict building on one side and what look like slums on the other. The food was not great, but ok for the price. Staff were helpful and friendly though.

Hotel ist auf Engländer ausgelegt. Das Essen war nicht so toll.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt abgewohnt. Es wird bereits am äußeren Erscheinungsbild gearbeitet, der Haupteingang wird derzeit renoviert. Es müssten vor allem die Türen und Fliesen in den Gängen und in der gesamten Anlage erneuert werden. Die Betten sind alt, die Matratzen durchgelegen, jedoch wurde meine Matratze auf Anfrage gegen ein komfortableres Modell getauscht und somit war der Mangel behoben. Das Personal ist freundlich, es wird überall gut gereinigt. Es gibt eine schöne Poolanlage, die wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Das Essen ist mittelmäßig, beim Abendessen manchmal sogar recht gut, es findet jeder etwas am Bufett. Man bekommt für kleines Geld eine relativ anständige Leistung, perfekt als Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden. Die fressenden, saufenden und grölenden Allinklusive-Gäste, überwiegend Engländer, muss man sich einfach wegdenken und gut ist es.

I didn't like anything at this resort. Having left the 4 star H10 I was absolutely shocked to arrive here which is also shown as a 4 star. It should be classed as 2 star only. Its 10 mins walk to nearest shop/bar and 30 minute walk to beach. The menu does not cater for vegetarians which we are. I asked for cheese one day to be told there wasn't any (yet there was on most other days). Breakfast is dreadful only cooking omelettes 3 days out of the 8. The hotel leaks when it rains having buckets and towels laid out everywhere. Many guests were smoking cannabis which meant I wasn't able to sit out on my balcony due to the smell. Entertainment absolutely awful The 'Crazy Show' totally not fit for under 12's with cross dressing & phallic props throughout the show. Only 50 guests can fit in the inside bar so unable to watch certain evening entertainment. No soft furnishings to sit on. The amphitheatre is freezing having to sit on stone ledges to watch entertainment. No comfort whatsoever for evenings (or days). Snack bar only serves hotdogs/chips and crusty dry ham & cheese sandwiches. 4 out of our group of 10 had upset stomachs for 3 days each. No tea/coffee in room had to pay £10 to hire kettle. Room facilities do not reach 4 star standards. Not a nice surrounding area for an evening stroll as its set in the middle of a building site.

So after reading reviews I wasn't expecting great things...however we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! * Check in: nice & easy, reception staff very helpful and friendly. * Rooms: rooms are a little tired, would certainly benefit from a bit of TLC, however they were clean & spacious. Only had standard room, but was well set out & separate dressing area outside bathroom was perfect for us. Hand soap provided, as was a multi use shower gel/shampoo. Towels changed whenever you want - just pop them in bath and they'll provide fresh. Room attended every day. The only major issue was the lack of plug sockets! * Pool: area always clean, we weren't there in peak season so didn't really have an issue getting sunbeds, although getting them in peak places you needed to get there just before 10am. Towels available from reception for a €10 deposit . * Food / Drink (all inclusive): not really sure why so many have issues with food!!! We ate extremely well for our stay. Breakfast was basic but could get fresh fried eggs and pancakes or omelettes, + standard basics. Lunch & dinner were much better, found myself eating much more than I should!!! No the food isn't hot, it rarely is on AI, there is a microwave to heat it up a bit. Drinks in the day you pay €1 deposit for a plastic cup, just tell them when you want your € back. Not a huge variety of spirits, but drank quite happily 😉 beer was nice. Bar staff were fab! Would of liked a cocktail selection, but no biggy. Fab for price!

EL buffet era muy pobre,mas de un día nos hemos tenido que ir a comer fuera porque no había variedad,era prácticamente todos los dias lo mismo, el todo incluido bastante triste porque no incluye ni agua ni cocteles ni patatas, habiamos estado otro año y era diferente.En el comedor habia cucarachas y en la habitación tuvimos que llamar a recepcion un dia para que nos pusiesen una toalla,otro día para el gel y otro dia para el papel higienico,muy decepcionados

La atención de todo el personal, sería lo más destacado. Calidad precio recomendable Las comidas podían variar un poco más

Despite all negative reviews we gave it a try as it was located conveniently. Hotel looks good, clean and staff were great and helpful. Facilities great as well. Big pool outdoor sitting huge restaurant. The only thing hotel could approve on is food. We chose Canarias for delish cuisine and hotel is mostly orientated for tourists from UK or France. Lots of fried food, pasta or pizza etc. Some sea food would be nice or typical Spanish/Canarias menu would be lovely. There was a paella few times but with sea food not so much. Good there was fish options that was good.
