Lovely staff, lovely hotel in a maybe not such a nice surrundings.

Beautiful hotel. Staff super friendly. Rooms nicely decorated and pool area is lovely. Awesome breakfast and poolside food and drink also nice and very reasonable prices! So close to shops and restaurants you cant go wrong. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Our room was covered in mold and they claimed they were fully booked so couldn't move us until the following day. We stayed around 5 nights. The AC was broken the first two nights, was "fixed" so we were told we couldn't move rooms. That is when we think the mold began to grow. We started to feel ill on night 3, and were assuming it was from travel. We came home late on night 4 and noticed the mold - it was everywhere - in front of the AC vent, over the bed, through the ceiling. We complained and they refused to move us as they said the hotel was fully booked. The next day, night 5, they finally moved us, but it was our last night. They didn't do much more than a bottle of prosecco to apologize or provide any support. I have photos and videos that I plan to submit to the Spanish board of health. Apparently they know this is an ongoing issue, but don't do anything to fix it. Completely disgusting. We received no refund and they didn't even comp parking at the end when we were checking out. It was an awful experience, do not stay here.

The breakfast and included Spa were particularly fantastic. Alcudia Port had all of the amenities we could have asked for, combined with attentive and friendly staff. We would stay again!

Lovely location, super friendly staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in! Even a bottle of cava to celebrate my daughter’s birthday! So relaxing and chilled by the pool, lovely cocktails too!

More of a 4-star experience than 5-star While the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff do go above and beyond—especially considering they’re clearly understaffed—the overall experience fell short of 5-star expectations. Our AC was broken throughout our stay, and unfortunately, the only solution offered was to flip the breaker switch ourselves, which didn’t resolve the issue. The rooms could use better maintenance, particularly the showers and taps. With some updates and better attention to guest comfort, this place has real potential.

Schönes Hotel, das eine wahre Ruheoase inmitten des geschäftigen Örtchens ist. Tolles Frühstück und nettes Personal. Das Zimmer hat etwas wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten gehabt aber sonst ein gutes Hotel.

Alles bestens, Lage sehr gut, leider kein direkter Blick aufs Meer.

Super Lage, sehr zentral. Sehr schöne, moderne Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal. Im ganzen Hotel eine gute Atmosphäre. Kommen gerne wieder.

Hébergement satisfaisant même si il n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles. Les horaires du snacking du bar affichées ne correspondaient pas à la réalité. Deux tentatives de commander un snacking et 2 fois refusées. Une fois à 20h et l’autre à 18h. Il est affiché 23h sur la carte. Attention la marche est très haute pour entrer dans la piscine. Le personnel de piscine ne s’occupait pas du bien être des vacanciers, parasol lourd que j’ai moi même été obligée de déplacer. Le soir les parasols sont laissés ouverts ou semi ouverts, les matelas ne sont pas remis en ordre. Ce ne sont pas les prestations d’un 5 étoiles.
