All staff were super nice and helpful. We felt very comfortable to stay there.

There is only 1 excellent staff called Sasu, I would have changed to Sant Francesc hotel middle of my trip if it was not for him. All other staffs have no clue for anything in Mallorca. Wasted 30 mins driving around with hotel staff searching for their hotel parking. Very very slow service. Didn't change bedsheet until we requested for it. Didn't refill our bathroom amenities / mini bar. Only 1 staff at reception, waited for 20 mins for her to assist with a local enquiry and at the end I had to leave and catch my flight and she still had no time for it. Poor value for money.

We had a fabulous stay. The service was fantastic and the room very spacious and comfortable bed. We had complimentary wine and chocolates and balloons for our birthday which was a lovey surprise. We will definitely stay here again

A truly lovely boutique hotel, conveniently located less than a 10-minute walk from Palma’s city center. The property offers on site parking, a huge plus, as parking in Palma can be difficult to find. The staff were excellent throughout our stay: communicative, helpful, and always polite. Property & Rooms The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with clean, stylish rooms. We stayed on the first floor in a room with its own terrace, which was a great addition to our experience. Amenities The wellness area includes a sauna and indoor pool, designed for private use and available 24 hours a day with a simple reservation, a very thoughtful feature. The hotel also has a rooftop pool, which we unfortunately only discovered on our last day, so be sure not to miss it! Dining The hotel offers breakfast for an additional fee, but given Palma’s incredible food scene, we decided to skip it and instead explore the many fantastic nearby cafés and restaurants. Overall We loved our stay so much that we rebooked this hotel for the last night of our trip. A gem in Palma that combines convenience, comfort, and thoughtful details.

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. I have to walk with a stick so being on the flat is important. The only thing I need to mention is if you want to access the rooftop bar the lift only goes to the 3rd floor you then have to go up 2 flights of stairs without the lift . The rooftop bar does have some steps.

We didn’t arrive until nearly midnight but were given a warm welcome, a glass of cava and a room upgrade ! Very handy for attractions and restaurants but very quiet and peaceful so good nights sleep every night. Lovely rooftop space with plunge pool. Didn’t eat at the hotel apart from room service but menu looked good .

An absolute gem of an hotel in the heart of old town. Beautiful interiors, friendly, knowledgeable staff and delicious breakfast options. Spacious roof terrace with a much needed “pool”. Highly recommend as a base for exploring Palma and Mallorca.

Loved the location, service, room they upgraded us to, the private spa, and bathroom amenities with l’occitane products. This was the best hotel of our trip to Spain.

This little hotel is a hidden gem- quiet and tranquil yet so close to the centre (a 10 minute walk to the marina). It is so clean and the staff are wonderful. Breakfast is delicious. It is very quiet, perhaps a little too quiet in the evenings. It would be nice to be able to sit and have a drink in the bar area or library after coming back from evening meal but it was closed and so we had to take our drink back to our room.

This was an exceptionally great hotel. We would definitely stay here again if ever I Palma in the future.

Absolutely loved this property! Located right outside the city center. We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Plus get great sleep. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay overall. Beautiful boutique hotel in a great location, quiet and safe, walkable to many restaurants and shops nearby. Room was nice and comfortable with good size washroom. Only complaint was the design of shower door caused water to always seep onto the floor but otherwise ok. Staff were very friendly and very helpful with restaurant recommendations.

Very lovely

The hotel was beautifully renovated in the old part of Palma within a short stroll to its many shops cafes and restaurants. The hotel staff and the service they offer are a real credit to the hotel, nothing was too much trouble. Our rooms were spotlessly clean. The spa and rooftop pool and terrace were a wonderful addition too. We wouldn’t hesitate to return again. Thank you!

Located on the best part of Palma. Will return.
