Muy bien

El hotel nos ha gustado mucho, y la habitación más. Lo único el cabecero de la cama que al ser como de paja suena muchísimos y es incómodo para dormir. La piscina no estaba muy limpia pero como no la hemos usado nos ha dado igual. Es un buen alojamiento.

Nobody to let you into rooms all via keycode, rooms available from 4pm was told would get a text at 3.50 with code - had to be chased up The welcome booklet states wifi available without password- this is not the case it was password protected and couldnt access it. No fruit or drinks on the cart on floor 1 as advised - there 3 nights there was never any. Pool looks dirty Drains seem to be slightly blocked as shower cubicle filled up very quivkly and took ages to empty Beds comfortable and toiletries provided

I was disappointed with this hotel given its rave reviews. I needed a quiet place to rest for one night before two long days of air travel but arrived to construction outside from 8-5. Something I wish I had been advised about in advance. The pillow cases were stained yellow as were some of the towels, the kettle was covered in calcium deposits and unusable, the coffee maker didn’t work, the kitchen sink was dirty, there were no napkins or dish drying clothes, and the shower wasn’t very hot. This just isn’t acceptable to me in what is advertised as a “deluxe suite”. I tried calling the number provided on this app multiple times regarding check in which was, in the end, very simple but was only able to reach someone when I arrived and called the number listed on the blackboard in the lobby. Parking is a bit challenging on street and there is a bit of a walk to the entrance and a number of stairs to navigate with luggage. I can handle one or two inconveniences for a nice place. This was just a bit much to deal with.

We order this hotel about pool and sauna but sauna was off and pool was dirty. Hotel maximum 2stars. Hotel need restart.

Pool was dirty and sauna was off but nobody before tell us. That was is reason for order. Shower dont go close the door etc.

Nice small hotel with a wonderful view but far away from the city. Hotel sign is too small and the street so narrow that taxis couldn’t find the place. Swimming pool cold and not clean. Sauna broken. Jacucci dirty. I was also disapponted that there were not the boho styled lamps like in the brochure pictures. Cleaning daily but the floor was still dirty. No fruits available as promised in the hotel book.

- • Ringde när jag skulle boka för att höra så poolen var öppen (vi reste i nov) förklarade att det var jätte viktigt för min son att han skulle kunna bada, blev försäkrad att det gick bra att bada. Poolen var iskall och smutsig så det blev inget bad i den för någon av oss. • Fruktvagnen på bilderna var tom hela veckan vi var där. • Miljön både ute och inne är jätte snygg men det hade underlättat med en garderob där alla i rummet fått plats att hänga sina kläder. Och några krokar på väggen. •Instruktioner hur man kommer ut från gården hade varit bra. Att det fanns en knapp mitt i trappen såg vi inte då det var mörkt.( Någon annan hade slitit sönder när det inte kommit ut.) + •en flaska cava, läsk, kaffekapslar och te ingick i priset. • Vänlig och tålmodig värdinna som svarade på frågor. •Läget i vackra Pueblo •den lilla trädgården vi hade bara för oss så min väninnas hundar kunde få luft. Vi kommer troligtvis inte bo här igen.

Poor experience. Hotel booked ten months in advance. Found out from friends that all our rooms were cancelled 6 days before departure Called hotel who confirmed cancellation due to over booking. Still able to book first 1 night in hotel before moving to a airbnb arptment. So pleased that the rooms were cancelled. Room basic and small, shower not clean, cracks in shower cubicle Decent pool and BBQ area. Good location, lots of steps and key pads Not for me.

Stairs to back entrance where car is parked needs hand rail all the way up the stairs very dangerous for elderly people , reported patio door wouldn’t lock never got done, not a good location for people with bad knees otherwise lovely place

There was so much good potential for the property, but it's in bad shape. It's in a good location and has decent amenities. The downsides were that the pool was murky and smelly, the sauna was old and didn't keep the steam in (due to cracks), and the room decorations were not like the photos. The showers had mold and water didn't go down easily. Toiletries were also poor quality (like shampoo and body wash were the same). We only stayed for 1 night.

Extremely inconvenient, not accessible. Tiniest shower ever! Cracked walls, sliding doors would not lock. I felt unsafe. NO STAFF

Hieman hankala löytää, mutta muuten palveli meitä hyvin. Sijaitsee todella kapean kadun varrella, minkä vuoksi meidän taksi ei voinut viedä perille saakka, vaan jouduimme kävelemään muutaman sata metriä hotellille. Hotellin kyltti on kirjaimellisesti postikortin kokoinen ja siksi haastava löytää varsinkin pimeässä
