Its a great experience in Barcelona. The hotel is close with train and local resident so its a safety and peaceful living place. But the shower cubicle quit small. However, we will book this hotel again^^

It was a very minimalistic property with very few amenities, however, it was clean and comfortable. We had a lovely terrace and the customer service at the front desk was very kind and helpful.

The property is nice but the check in process is very stressful. Did not get access details at all until I chased up and only managed to get the details very late in the evening.

Receptionist muy amable y profesional. Abitaciòn 8/10, dehors 10/10, ducha 10/10, lavabo 5/10. Pero, nuestra ultima noche, a las 1.30 para 20 minutos y a las 3.20 para otros 20 minutos, un signal de alarm continuo y asordante. Llamado tres veces el numero de telefon conseillado. Respuesta: puede ser que ay un huesped fumador y que necesìta paciencia.

We had a lovely room with a huge terrace. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. We were able to walk to the beach and main attractions and the subway was nearby.

Need the right direction for the car garage but all are awesome. Thanks

Checkin is always at 2 pm. The place is closed before and at the telephone number they reply from 2pm. No way to contact them before. The room was old and bathroom very small

Bien placé.. 2 stations de metro a proximité ainsi que les bus . Endroit agreable dans un quartier calme avec tout a proximité: parc, magasin,etc... Chambre propre, tres confortable, avec petit balcon pour prendre son petit dej au soleil . Je recommande

The customer service was so good!! Easy acsess to busses and metro. The room was very clean and just perfect for our city holiday. The beach was one bus away so that was nice also. Just great in general. The reseptionist were super nice and had great language skills.

Alojamiento discreto y limpio

El hotel ByPillow House tiene un personal amable, servicial y acogedor. Esta muy bien mantenido y se encuentra cerca del metro.

We got in super late due to the plane arriving late and just called them and they were on their way to pick us up at the airport! Amazing service!!!

Aucune accueil après 22 heures. Pas d’indication pour l’arrivée Hôtel très bruyant. Pas de petit déjeuner

Overall, everything was great. Great food and nice cafes and bakeries in the area. Also, you can reach the center quite fast. However, the digital lock didn't work properly. It took us 4-5 tries every time to open the room because the buttons were malfunctioning, which was quite irritating. Therefore, I would suggest changing the lock soon. Other than that, everything was great. Highly recommended.

Bonito y cómodo pero si ubicación no es la mejor q da todo muy lejos

Comento primero un aviso importante y que a nosotros no nos avisaron: Si llegas después de las 22:00 no hay nadie en recepción, con lo que tienes que entrar con un código que nunca recibimos. Llamamos al teléfono que indica el cartel de la entrada, no vimos otro, pero nadie atendía. Nos veíamos teniendo que pillar otro hotel para poder pasar la noche. Tuvimos suerte que unas clientas que entraban nos dejaron pasar y ya dentro pudimos llamar al teléfono de emergencia que atienden 24h y ya nos proporcionaron el código de acceso a la habitación. Como consejo para el hotel, iría bien que ese teléfono de urgencia estuviera en la puerta de entrada porque, si no hubiéramos tenido la suerte de que coincidimos con otras clientas, hubiéramos tenido que pagar otro hotel y perder la reserva hecha. Quitando este punto la experiencia fue genial porque encima nos llevamos la sorpresa que nuestra habitación tenía una miniterracita para poder fumar y fue una grata sorpresa porque nos habían dicho que no la tendríamos. El hotel súper silencioso, la cama comodísima, la habitación súper limpia, el baño es un poco pequeño pero no le quita nada de lo bueno que tenía la habitación. No era muy amplia pero con lo necesario para poder pasar una buena noche. Eso sí, también se hubiera agradecido algún papel dentro de la habitación con la contraseña del wifi, ya que al no encontrar a nadie en recepción, y para no volver a llamar al telf de emergencia, fuimos tirando de datos (nada grave tp) 😉
