Fint rum med fräscht badrum. Sängen var skön och bra med luftkonditionering och fanns både hårtork och steamer.
Receptionen var bemannad när vi checkade in, men inte vid avresa. Fanns gratis förvaring för väskorna på avresedagen!

Too many stairs no lift room very tiny. Thanks to the reception guys who help us to take our luggage to our room, otherwise we can't make it. Location walking distance to public transport.

The hotel conveniently located close to the center, to the grocery stores, in a relatively quiet street. My room was tiny, but had a refrigerator. I think the hotel is overpriced though.

Pas de parking contrairement à l'annonce, (22 euros et à 100 m à pied), pas d'ascenseur (2 étages), télé uniquement en basque et en espagnol, non castable (= vieille), une odeur diffusée partout très suave mais désagréable. A réserver aux moins de 30 ans en bonne santé voulant éviter l'auberge de jeunesse

This was a very good value stay. Comfortable bed with modern decor and very clean all over with a cosy double room. Would highly recommend if you are looking to be in Bilbao or prior to ferry crossings.

Clean cheap hotel, 10 min walk to the centre. Great check in service and lockers are easy to use if arriving early. Check out 12:00. Good shows products provided and tea/coffee biscuits a nice touch. Beds really comfy

My mother especially loved this cute boutique hotel. We both loved the location! We especially loved that the room came with coffee and lime biscuits. Bed was comfy, TV was great size to zone out to. We would definitely return!

Une très très jolie décoration dès l'entrée et un personnel accueillant ! Possibilité de garer sa voiture avec un parking juste derrière l'hôtel en supplément de 15€ par nuit (vraiment pas exorbitant, vu qu'il est assez difficile de s'y garer et le stationnement est payant dans la rue)
