The suite was amazing, with great views of the pool and sea. Spacious and clean, and quiet. Staff were great. We had half board, and the buffet wasn’t great. Easy to park for free near the hotel

La comida regular

El hotel en general está bien, sería muy mejorable la calidad y variedad de la comida tanto del desayuno como de la cena buffet. El café es muy malo y el zumo de “naranja” es espantoso.

Always a great place. My kids look forward to coming back every year. Just a lot of fun, very relaxing, good environment.

El hotel esta muy bien cuidado,sus jardines son muy bonitos,las vistas tambien,zona tranquila con un paseo muy bonito,la playa es con rocas y arena y el dia que fuimos tenia algas asi que poco puedo opinar,es un hotel para no salir de ahi con niños,lo unico que no nos gustó fue que la gente antes de desayunar ponia la toalla en las hamacas y no la quitaban asta que cerraban,veo una falta de respeto que sin estar usandolas y estando fuera del alojamiento,otras personas tengan que dejar las cosas tiradas en unas escaleras... Por lo demas, relacion calidad-precio muy bien. Destacar la limpieza y mantenimiento de las habitaciones,muy buen trabajo por las limpiadoras ☺️

Het is een mooi luxe hotel met vriendelijk personeel. We waren hier tijdens de stroomstoring in Spanje, maar we hebben er geen ongemak van gehad. Enige jammere was dat het ons vooraf niet bekend was dat het kinderbad niet dagelijks geopend is in het laagseizoen.

The hotel has a very interesting architectural design which makes it bright and feel spacious. The staff were very helpful. Even though there were not many people staying at the hotel ( October) the bar stayed open until late and the barman was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint would be that the shower was not brilliant and some woodwork around the doors in the room was rotten. Breakfast was brilliant. Large buffet with lots of choice in a bright, light room overlooking the pool.

Exclente, buena comida, buena atención, lo que si nos ha parecido un poco caro el restaurante Mexicano y a la limpieza profunda de la habitacion hay que darle una vuelta, habia moho en la salida del aire y el baño no estaba óptimo de limpieza. La piscina muy agradable y musica en vivo excelente.

My family has pretty high standards when it comes to hotels and I was afraid that this would be a little bit below them. But we absolutely loved it. Great hotel, great area great services we like to get out and explore and it was perfect for that, but it also seems to be an ideal place for people who just want to go on vacation and not even leave the hotel. We will definitely be going back.

Muy buen sito para pasar unos días en familia y los niños, en general lo recomiendo por el buen trato recibido y por la instalación

Great resort to just hang around for days. Great buffet restaurant for all meals. Great pools including young children. Loved the Tiki bar. Watched Spain vs France in Eurocup which was awesome. Room was spacious for family of four

El Hotel está muy bien, hemos ido con nuestro hijo de 16 meses y ha disfrutado a lo grande en las diferentes piscinas. Para la parte infantil de los toboganes aún es un poco pequeño aún así quería ir a ver al resto de niños. En cuanto a la comida, íbamos sin todo incluido, y los precios de los restaurantes es elevado para la comida, el buffet son 30€ pp + bebidas. El bar de la piscina abre un poco tarde y cierra un poco pronto, por ello las opciones están limitadas. El Italo mexicano está bueno y servicio muy bien, nos hicieron comida especial para el peque. Pero en la carta no se indica qué platos son picantes y eso es un punto en contra. Al lado está Barceló y comino un arroz muy bueno en su restaurante Arrozante.

Todo increible las instalaciones, la atencion del personal todo menos el buffet de las comidas y las cenas, la poca variedad y la triste cocina no merece la pena .

Die Suite war sehr gut. Das Abendessen für 30€ pro Nase ist eine Frechheit. Kommen wieder aber ohne Abendessen.

We only stayed for one night prior to going to the airport early next morning. The hotel has a range of facilities, although we only used the indoor pool as the outdoor pools were closed due to very strong winds. Outside bars were also closed leaving only the sports bar as an option for food and drink. However there are several restaurants a short walk away toward the beach. Room was excellent but we thought the charge of 8 euros to park was a bit excessive. Fortunately we got there early and found a space but the only other option was a public car park adjacent to the hotel! hardly what you'd expect from a 'luxury resort hotel'. Receptionist was efficient but a smile and 'have a nice day' wouldn't have gone amiss.
