Belle surprise en arrivant dans cet hotel situé au centre ville avec parking à proximité. Belle rénovation faite avec beaucoup de gout , fonctionnelle de plus ( sauf baignoire, manque le pommeau de douche).

Das Hotel hat eine großartige Lage in mitten der wunderschönen Altstadt Alcudias. Wir sind nach einer Wanderung in der Tramuntana mit dem Bus angereist, was unkompliziert war. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Das gesamte Hotel und das Zimmer Pollenca sind stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte alles, was man sich wünscht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

Hotel boutique genial. Todo el trato muy bueno y amables. Las habitaciones espaciosas y la situación del hotel inmejorable.

Lovely, romantic, authentic place. Private terrace for sunning. Rooftop terrace for byo sunset drinks. No elevator, and check-in person as well as included breakfast are at restaurant down the street.

Fabulous hotel in an excellent location. We stayed in the safo room with private terrace and absolutely loved it. Breakfast nearby in the main hotel was of an excellent standard and all staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Nice small charming hotel in the center of the city. Great place to start your day in this beautiful region. The breakfast is outside of the hotel in the restaurant of the hosts, few meters away on a lovely place.

Sehr schönes, kleines Hotel. Sehr ruhige Lage obwohl es Mitten in der Altstadt von Alcudia liegt. Das Frühstück wird im ersten Stock eines Nachbarhotels eingenommen was aber o. k. ist. Ich würde es wieder nehmen

Boutique hotels offer style, but at the cost of amenities. First the good points: Cas Ferrer Nou Hotelet is in an excellent location, barely 100m from the main square of old Alcudia, which has plenty of restaurants and bars. It's a short walk from the bus stop and city walls. Despite this it's very quiet. The room was very stylish, with a comfy bed and plenty of room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Now the not so good: There is no 24hr staffing. We arrived at 11pm and the keys were left for us to find our own way to our room. There is also no lift, and 5 of the 6 rooms are upstairs, so you have to carry your bags yourself. The room description clearly says "jetted bathtub", which my wife was looking forward to, but it was an ordinary bath. Breakfast is cold cuts of meat, cheese, pastries, cereal and fruit. All very tasty, but if you want a coffee the nice lady will make it for you, one slow cup at a time. If you want orange juice the nice lady will make it fresh for you, one glass at a time. If you want eggs you can have the fried or scrambled, by the nice lady, once again slowly. If there are a few people then you can be waiting for a while, so budget your time accordingly. There is no bar in the hotel, and the mini-bar wasn't restocked after we used it on the first night. There is also no ice available. So if you want a drink you'll need to drink out, and they close around 11pm. It's almost a great hotel, but doesn't offer enough for the money charged.

The towels were washed too much and grey color, and there is no windows in rooms downstairs

Läckert litet hotell med fantastisk frukost och service. Rummet (Kavafis) stort, med bra garderobsyta och badrum. Hotellet har också en terass. Lugnt och tyst men nära alla restauranger och butiker. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Ich gebe in der Regel selten Bewertungen ab und wenn dann eher kritisch. Bezüglich des Aufenthaltes im Cas Ferrer Nou Hotelet habe ich überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden - es war einfach herrlich. Das Hotel, bzw. ist es eher eine Pension im Hotelstil, ist wunderschön in der autofreien Altstand von Alcudia gelegen. 20 m zu Fuß erreicht man eine kleine Straße mit ausgezeichneten Restaurants. Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt. Das Hotel ist optisch fantastisch. Die alte Gebäudestruktur ist unglaublich ansprechend modernisiert worden; der Standard ist ausgezeichnet. Es werden alle Annehmlichkeiten eines Hotels mit der Ruhe einer Pension verbunden. Ein wunderschöner Aufenthaltsraum mit Innenhof und einer großen Terrasse laden zum Entspannten ein und sind für alle Gäste zugänglich. Es ist insgesamt alles sehr privat, da nur sechs Zimmer vorhanden. Im Foyer wartet eine kostenfreie Nespresso-Maschine mit Gebäck und Kuchen. Die Zimmer sind ausgezeichnet eingerichtet, jedes im eigenen Stil. Wir waren im Zimmer "Pollentia", wirklich eine tolle Wahl. Im ersten Stock, direkt am Treppenaufgang. Das Hotel verfügt über zwei WLAN-Kreise, daher in jedem Winkel Top-Empfang. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und wird im Foyer serviert. Hier kümmern sich die Inhaber noch selbst um das Wohl Ihrer Gäste. Die Stimmung ist stets super freundlich, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Wir würden jederzeit wieder das Cas Ferrer Nou Hotelet besuchen!

Det var en god opplevelse å ha dette hotellet som vår feriebase. Hver dag ble det servert nydelig frokost tilpasset våre ønsker. Kan absolutt anbefales.

Helt igennem dejligt, charmerende lille hotel i den charmerende gamle bydel Alcúdia. Virkelig god og nærværende service fra Maria. Skøn oplevelse.

Loved everything about Cas Ferrer. I stayed with extended family, and we occupied 3 of the 6 rooms. All we're really, really nice. Very spacious. Safo is the best, as long as you can handle two flights of stairs. It has its own huge private terrace with an outdoor shower, bed, umbrella, etc. But the other rooms are also just great. Breakfast is spectacular. Fresh every day, with a large assortment of fruit, pastries, cereal, bread, cheese, and even squeezed-to-order orange juice. And the staff is phenomenal. Maria and Carla, in particular, took such good care of all of us. We will 100% stay here again next time we're on the island, without hesitation. Can't recommend this highly enough.

Acogedor hotel con encanto de 6 habitaciones donde cada una de ellas tiene una decoración y nombre diferentes. Ideal para parejas y escapadas románticas de fin de semana. La ubicación es ideal al encontrarse a escasos metros del centro de Alcudia. Desayuno variado con productos locales y huevos al gusto realizados al momento. Así mismo la sala principal dispone de cafetera gratuita 24 horas para los huéspedes.
