Good location in the center of Malaga. And many restaurants nearby. Also mini bar offer free of charge coffee and soft drink, water, snack. fruit was very hospitality to clients. The only disadvantage is the room space is small.

The rooms were great, the location also great, the only minor negative was that the receptionist was not the most approachable, when asked if she had a tourist map replied No!

Casa de la Merced is an amazing place to stay, perfect location for the cultural sites of Malaga as well as for the beach. The hotel is new, clean, nice size flat with small kitchen, amenities, nice bathroom, super clean and maintained. We loved it. The only issue we had was that we didnt get the access details on time as we had a late check in and there is not a 24 hours front desk. The email was sent by a very friendly lady but it didnt arrive, when trying to contact them while boarding the flight we didnt get any response and we were to land at 10pm so it was a bit stressful. Luckily we got a message through Whatsapp as the plane was taxing. She apologised and was super nice to us giving us an extra hour for the check out. Book it without thinking twice, it is a great property, just make sure you have the access details in advance if you are arriving after 2:30pm

Nice staff location great but room got way too cold.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa de la Merced Suites. The location was great-walking distance to restaurants and all the major attractions. The room was spacious and very clean! We would highly recommend staying here!

We stayed one night. It was a great location and we did laundry. The staff helped us to figure out the machine.

La comunicación es casi imposible y cuando lo hacen , es de mala manera, malos modales. La habitación está subiendo escaleras. Mal wifi, Orbitz indicó el check out a las 12 PM y para ellos es a las 10 AM. La recepción solo atiende de 9 a 14.30. Todo un recorrido de WhatsApp para poder comunicarse con alguien que te envie el código de acceso. NUNCA MÁS EN MI VIDA VOLVERÍA A ESTE HOTEL. NO LO RECOMIENDO.

This property offers everything you need for a great trip to Malaga. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. It was right in the center of the city close to museums, the cathedral and beach. I highly recommend this property for your next stay in Malaga.

Excelente opción para visitar Malaga. La ubicación es inmejorable y los cuartos estan super bien acondicionados. Es muy silencioso. Tiene un minibar para huespedes en primer piso que bien agradecemos. El servicio y amabilidad de Eli es muy sobresaliente. Esta al pendiente de tu bienestar y te apoya en todo. Es genial!

Beautiful hotel right in the center of everything. Not very soundproof but thats ok. Matress not comfortable but the room is large and modern. You have to park at the public parking near by, its a 5min walk. The room was clean but the 2nd day i was there they didnt give me toilet paper or made the bed. Otherwise great little place.
