Booked the room located on the ground floor. Note that it is accessed via a door from the street and then down four or five steps. As such it feels a bit like you are in a basement. There is a window to the front into the street. The only other light is from side windows into a ventilation shaft that doubles as a staircase for the upstairs. As such there is nowhere to sit outside. Locals sit in the street, so this is your only option! Immaculately clean. Kitchen is in the middle of the room. No hob so microwave cooking only. Like the photos of the roof terrace? Well you can't access it so that is a major minus. It's for the upstairs property. Overall good for a one night stay (maybe two like us) but no more. Access was a nightmare as we went to what turned out to be the back of the property. The back of the house features in their photos. As such all the instructions proved useless as we should have been in the other street which is where the other door is.

Es sofá cama lleno de polvo, incómodo y ruidoso. Tuvimos que anticipar nuestra marcha porque a mí hijo le dió un ataque de alergia debido a los ácaros del sofá y el dueño ni se molesta en hablar con nosotros ni en darnos una solución intermedia, la trabajadora muy amable y atenta.

The apartment is very well located a few steps away from the main tourist attractions. Also there are a couple of nice restaurants nearby that a worth a visit. Although the apartment is small for a family of four, we managed OK with some basic organization rules.
