Accessing the property was difficult (on a very hot day) and they seemed surprised at our arrival.
However, mother and daughter were polite and eventually showed us to our room which was pleasant. We had to remove limescale from the shower head but other than that is was clean and beautifully decorated.
We had a wonderful terrace that was several times larger than the room. However, be prepared a tour guide may come through with coach party. The hotel was quirky in all respects which was quite engaging!!
The dining room was huge and full of produce but most of it was for sale. Breakfast was included but limited for me as I don't eat pork or cheese. The fruit was quite old. A fresh small omelette was cooked and i had toast. There was no fresh milk. I think fresh coffee and tea would be better than the machine drinks provided.
I am glad we stayed at the hotel but it was quiet and dark so I wasnt sorry to leave.

The property entrance is located on a side street with garbage dumpsters near the entrance. Hard to find until you’ve been there at least once. It’s a 15-20min walk to anything worth visiting. The place is cluttered with stuff throughout the entrance with weird things (dresses, costumes, etc) for sale in the dining area. A funky strange place. The cats roaming the hallways are friendly though…..

Literally the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
I’ve travelled extensively and have never actually written a review-
This is a dishonest bunch, the service terrible, the beds uncomfortable, “breakfast” horrendous (the same plate of meat sitting out the entire 3 days of stay), no safe, minimal towels. We left and went to Casa Palacio Maria Luisa which was AMAZING! 10/10!
