位置好，也干淨。但很少時間有工作人員在，又只給一把鈅匙，有任何需要時無人幇忙，沒有安全感

I did t like that you had to check in 6 blocks away. Thats should be stated. I had to walk with my family's languages and mine after checking in 6 blocks away in the heat.

Struttura pulita, funzionale, posizione comoda vicina a molte attrazioni e a diverse stazioni metro e bus.

Stanza molto carina e discretamente pulita, posizione ottima vicino alla metro e fermate di bus che permettono di raggiungere il luogo interessato in modo facile e veloce. Il personale molto gentile e super disponibile. Sicuramente consigliato

Dislike: Very inconvenient check in process, the area of the actual place you stay at is a 10 minute walk from the check in. I did the check in online but they still wanted to the documentation there as well. The thick sheets were dirty and there was no windows in the room. Also, there was no shampoo/conditioner and the body wash given was in very small packets when our stay was three nights. Be warned, there is no staff on site. Like: Area of the hotel was good and not noisy. Aside from the sheets, the room itself was clean. Also, close walking distance to all the touristy stuff too.

Great location, very clean and serviced rooms. Would def stay here again.

This is a hostel. Not a hotel. Not what I believed I booked based on what I read. The blankets had stains, blood included and was disgusting. I’m glad I only paid for two nights. Only thing good was I liked the location.

It was not the best , room is so tiny blankets weren’t clean , floor was not clean! Over all it was not the best but the only option that was available at that time

Der var ekstremt fugtigt i værelset og ikke gode udluftningsmuligheder. Ingen naturlig dagslys da vinduerne var ud til en skakt. Køleskab virkede ikke. Hårtørrer virkede ikke

Ottimo soluzione se si cerca un posto dove dormire per visitare Barcellona Struttura centrale (metro Urquinaona), all',interno di uno storico palazzo del Centro. Non dipone di colazione ma subito sotto c'è un forno e a breve distanza tantissimi bar/ristoranti. Il Check in è stato fatto in una struttura gemella a breve distanza, comunicata la cosa in anticipo. La camera è piccola ed essenziale, ma con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Non ha finestra su esterno, ma solo su un angusto spazio interno. Bagno ok e pulito.

Ottima posizione. La camera molto spaziosa, pulita e il bagno funzionale. La stanza che avevamo dava sul carrer, che di sera è rumorosa per le persone che sotto si fermano nei vari bar/locali.

Lo unico complicado es el check in en otro edificio, pero el personal super atento.

가성비 좋은숙소. 직원이 매우 친절해요. 침구상태와 청소는 깨끗해요. 욕실 샤워기 고장난 상태, 샤워부스 물이 밖으로 새서 불편 했는데 하루 숙박이라 그냥 지냈어요.

The problem with this hotel is that the front desk is located in an other location 10 minutes away from it and the reception is open just until 4 PM. There's a number you can call for assistance ("atencion al cliente"). I called at 4:10PM because the safe in the room wasn't working; the person who answered was not very professional, he answered me that no one can take care of the guests after 4 PM and that nothing would happened, I could leave my stuff out of the safe..... I asked to resolve the problem but no one did it, not even the next day during the working hour. I wonder what can happen in case of a more serious emergency... there's no "atencion al cliente"

Es un buen lugar y bien ubicado para turismo y para compras pues muy cerca hay almacenes de outlet. Esta limpio y tranquilo. La experiencia de Check in podría mejorar. Me explico: Llegamos tarde y pudimos hacer un check in preliminar vía web, eso estuvo muy bien. Al siguiente día nos tocó ir a un lugar como a 400 metros a hacer el Check in y pagar un seguro. Ya en el edificio del Check in fue difícil encontrar el piso pues en España, o al menos en Barcelona, un piso 5 es un piso 2(todavía no lo entiendo). Estábamos dos parejas perdidas buscando y timbrando en todas las puertas. Perdimos al menos 35 minutos entre ir, buscar en el edificio y pagar. Sería bueno manejar todo en el mismo lugar o al menos escribir la metodología para numerar pisos en el país o poner algún aviso.

Muy cerca de Plaza Caraluña, muy buena ubicación y con muchos sitios cerca para comer y varios supermercados. El único problema que he tenido es que por la noche se escuchaban algunas personas en la calle y que es un poco incómodo desplazarse (aunque está cerca) a otra ubicación a por la llave de la habitación. La habitación y el baño bonitos y limpios. Lo recomiendo para pasar unos días en el centro de Barcelona.
