Herrlich gelegenes, ruhiges Hotel

Top tier hotel. The property and grounds are beautiful. The service is attentive and responsive. Room was spacious and quiet. I would visit Mallorca again to stay at this hotel because it was so relaxing. The only "downside" is that there is not much of a town nearby so you either need to take a taxi or rent a car if you are interested in surrounding nearby areas.

We loved it! The pool is nestled in the green mountains and dinner at Sa Clastra was amazing. They just received their first Michelin Star this year.

Beautiful property - wonderful sound of silence other than the crickets/insects humming. Incredible staff - so polite and helpful so 10/10 to them! Breakfast was wonderful and had no dairy milk plus the most delicious almond croissant they grow their own lemons and offer trails around the huge property. we have ever had. Some other observations; - hotel is 30-40 mins from Palma town and is very quiet. So not for a big group wanting to party hard I’d say. Perfect for chilling and romantic getaways - hot breakfast ordering little slow/confused so had to reorder and not always correct. - night 1 couldn’t work the AC - not sure if us or it but others in our groups struggled too. Perhaps an explanation is needed when showing us the room initially - no hot water in last morning hotel wide. One of those things with Spanish islands perhaps but a shame as really wanted one - the trails are on a map but no signs so you can’t really follow to easily. We gave up as only had an hour. - didn’t have a spa treatment as quite pricey but the indoor pool looked lovely Overall if I wanted a quieter getaway and happy to chill by the pool /play tennis then this is beautiful. The distance from Palma and beaches etc may make those more ad hic trips rather than daily excursions so something to think about depending on the type of trip you want and if you have a car or not.

Exquisite hotel, decorated with impeccable taste, located on a beautiful site and managed by attentive, highly professional staff We had planned to stay three nights and extended for two additional nights because it was so restful and conveniently located A must if you are looking for an elegant retreat to recharge your batteries in style

Our stay was amazing and the staff was exceptional with their attention to detail. The only recommendation we have is to have a dinner menu that is more extensive including tapas or pállela.

Everything about this hotel was spectacular! What an amazing place to relax and enjoy the finer things in life. Spent two nights here for a romantic birthday celebration and myself and partner couldn’t have been more pleased. Beautiful property inside and out, loved walking the gardens/landscaping. Amazing food at both restaurants (the meal at Sa Clastra was incredible and a great foodie experience). If you can afford to stay here, you should.

Fantastic property - beautiful setting and very tranquil but the faultless quality of the friendly service is the real stand-out! Wouldn’t hesitate to return!
