Room is comfortable. People are nice and friendly. There is no kettle in the room, if you need some hot water, must go down to dining area.

The location is really convenient.

The staff is good. It's very close to the metro, so it's very convenient for tourists. The only problem is that the shower is not strong enough. Others stuffs are generally clean and fine.

I would like to thank Expedia for the attention received. Regarding the hotel, the room was very good, the breakfast perfect, the only thing that could be improved is the reception.

Excelente hotel.

Hotel room was OK. Room comfortable and quiet. No bar or lounge. But the big omission was NO KETTLE in the room . In 2015? Might have been OK in 1950, but not in this decade. Had to get up to all kinds of subterfuges to get hot water so we could make some tea. Christer in reception is a bit of a star - helpful and interested.

Metro line very close to get in to central

Nice roof terracce with a pool

A receptividade dos funcionários foi ótima e o atendimento impecável. Sempre solícitos para ajudar e passar informações. O quarto era excelente, cama confortável, banheiro bem equipado e limpeza sempre em dia. Piscina também muito limpa com uma vista parcial da Sagrada Família. O hotel fica localizado próximo à duas importantes linhas de metrô, o que nos facilitou muito andar por toda a cidade e ter acesso fácil aos pontos turísticos. Também é uma região segura para transitar a noite e há muitos cafés por perto. Também tem alguns restaurantes, mas nada sofisticado (suficiente para o dia a dia). Estacionar na rua é praticamente impossível, então o hotel oferece convênio com estacionamento (não usamos, mas fica muito próximo).

O hotel tem uma localização boa, perto de alguns restaurantes e lanchonetes e estacao de metrô, o café da manhã era bom também, e o quarto confortável, nos deram como cortesia no ultimo dia um quarto superior muito bom, amamos a gentileza.

Vicino alla metro

This was our third time staying at this hotel, which we chose due to its good location (just a short walk to a metro station, train station that connects to the airport, and a tram stop that served the Forum venue for the Primavera festival). The rooms are a decent size, with a nice bathroom including a big bath and a bidet, while the bed is large and comfortable. The pool on the roof is lovely and rarely crowded, and the view is nice as you can see Torre Glories and the Sagrada Familia. There is a nice sandwich and pizza place a few doors down called The Catalan Sandwich, and there are a number of small convenience stores and restaurants in the surrounding area. The only drawbacks were very very minor (we struggled to work our TV remote, the bath plug seemed to leak water, and the maids could be quite noisy if you were sleeping in) but these were not big problems and did not affect our stay.

Hotel excelente

I had some serious health issues during my stay. I really appreciate staff’s help. Hotel’s director was great, extremely attentive, so human, and full of compassion. It really felt like family! Thank you all for your excellent work!
