Clean well Maintained rooms, friendly staff, right in the middle of the city with lots of restaurants and shops. Great price for the area we were in and quiet rooms. Would highly recommend this place , we stayed three nights king size beds , hot showers and easy in and out to the cruise line we were taking.

I’m the kind of person that looks at most things with a glass half full. But have to say something about this hotel.
The first night we were given a room were the air quality was so poor (lack of it) that I didn’t sleep. It was on the ground floor overlooking an alley so couldn’t open the windows.
Next two nights moved to a room where the sewage smell was so strong from the bathroom we had to keep the windows permanently.
Very overpriced hotel for the quality. (Coffee in the room consistent of instant packs and a kettle).
Location is amazing but there are plenty of hotels around the area.

The room was spotless and every employee we met was very friendly and professional. Ruth at the bar was very courteous and friendly, she went out of her way to get us a football match on tv that wasn’t easy to find.
