房间非常脏很多垃圾 ，和一些毛发 。然人感到不适 。因为我们非常晚到酒店就不想去找麻烦 。

Fantastisk morgenbuffet, med koldt, varmt og sundt. Fitnessrum og fint poolområde på tagterrassen med udsigt over byen. Gåafstand til mange af seværdighederne og shopping (hvis man gerne vil tælle skridt) - og det ville vi. Godt sted at have en teenager med.

Breakfast was goid

We enjoyed the Catalonia, shower could have been cleaner and elevators were malfunctioning but overall enjoyed our stay. Nice breakfast buffet in the morning and we enjoyed cooling off in the pool. I would stay here again.

Room was clean but window looked out directly to the glass elevator- so curtains were drawn for the entire stay to maintain privacy. But location of hotel was great. The pool was overcrowded given the hot weather and the water looked really murky so we didn’t go in. The staff were nice.

Check in time and process needs improvement. Posted check in time was 3:00 pm , we arrived there after 4 pm, there was a line up and only 2 staff and we waited till 4:30 for our turn. We had booked 2 rooms, one room was still not available.

The stay really lost points on the staff, two in particular. Very cold and unwelcoming. We arrived early at the hotel from our cruise and politely asked if an early check in might be possible noting we had checked in online already. It was met with check in is from 3pm. No “I am sorry we would love to try and help, but”. We decided to leave our bags to explore, but really we were desperate to get some pool time in our room. We returned around 2.30pm (4hours later) and checked again to see if room might be ready early, given check outs were by 12pm, again same staff said no the room will likely be ready after 3pm and if we wanted to wait they would come and get us. They didn’t come and get us we had to re approach the desk. The two had now clocked off. A different lady this time who was lovely, got us checked in. Deluxe pool room is quite a tight space to get two people with four bags into, but the terrace, view and small plunge pool was great. Terrace with main pool also seemed pretty good. Breakfast has a good selection and location is brilliant for exploring. Again, same staff also refused a later check out request the following day so we still had to check out at 12pm. 3hrs to turn around a tiny room seems crazy. Also again no “did you enjoy your stay” or hope you will return. Just very dismissive like we were an annoyance. Stay here, but don’t expect a smiling helpful service from at least two of the front desk staff.

Great location and a very comfortable room. Breakfast was amazing! Would highly recommend.

Overall it was nice and comfortable. However, I wanted more in terms of service and quality. The roof top bar had limited beverages. The menu was unimpressive and quality of food lacking. My first room had to be changed because there was a very unpleasant odor when we walked in. I was charged the up charge for the transfer. However, room was clean and breakfast was nice. Satisfied but would not return.

The staff was friendly, and the room was very clean. The location was convenient, and everything was within walking distance.

Breakfast was a fantastic buffet of options Christian who welcomed us and looked after our booking was fantastic - he was helpful and offered suggestions of places for us to visit, he showed us via a map and was very professional and polite.

Very nice hotel, nice location, helpful staff.

The room has extremely poor sound insulation, and the bed sheets and duvet cover smelled terrible.

While we had one guest service member that was very helpful, others were not. Parking was blocked, the gym doesn’t have ac and is TINY, the rooms were exceptionally small and hard horrible airflow. Our worst stay in Spain.

Very courteous and efficient staff. Well maintained rooms and very good breakfast selection and quality of foods/drinks.

Room was clean, but well loved. The soap dispenser had fallen off the wall and stains on the walls. Very quiet room - great for sleeping. Breakfast was amazing!! Central spot and a roof top little pool to cool off!

Excellent location! Would stay there again.

Convenient location- close to the main shopping area and sights. Easy to walk to everything and lots available in surrounding streets for all needs.
