酒店位置很好，就在加泰罗尼亚广场边上，交通方便极了。工作人员很helpful态度也非常好，我是一早到的，中午就让我入住了。房间沿街晚上很吵，不过我睡觉不怕噪音所以也无所谓，如果怕噪音可以和酒店沟通换个不临街的房间吧。

Wifi is good. Good location. Receptionist is helpful. No kettle in room.

Great location as steps away from Plaza and Rambla Street. We had Superior Room and good room for 3 adults. Clean rooms, relatively quiet and good area. I would recommend for sure.

바셀 명품 쇼핑 단지와 조금 거리가 있으나 광장과 공항버스 타는곳이랑 람블라 거리가 가까워서 도보로 이동가능해요! 그리고 조식 꼭 선택하셔서 드세요! 진짜 후회 안함! 그리고 객실이 깨끗하고 테라스가 있어서 너무 좋았어요!

L’état des chambres est moins bon, mal entretenu : porte qui s’ouvre mal de mon côté par exemple et quelques petits détails qui montre un entretien moyen des chambres. Femmes de ménages très bruyantes le matin, Acceuil mal informé des départs et donc vous appelle pour le départ alors que vous avez encore une nuit derrière. Bref, je suis venu plusieurs fois et je trouve que ça régresse fortement.

Staff is polite. Room is small but clean, good bathroom but you hear every noise outside your door and neighbours not behave well, talking, banging doors shut at 6amz The aircon cold air is directly over my head, poor design but too hot to turn off. Uncomfortable stay. Winter maybe ok

Excelente localización a pasos de la Puerta del Sol, tiendas, restaurantes.

Great location in easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, sights, transportation, airport bus, and a synagogue which perfectly suited my needs. The helpful reception staff checked me in early because the room was available. The small outdoor pool is a terrific plus. An excellent experience

Fabulous location on the corner of Catalunya Plaza (which has access to 4 tube lines, and buses across the City). A stones throw from Ramblas, and Gaudi highlights, and a sensible walk to Segrada Familia. Just 4 stops on the tube to Gaudi Park. I believe that the tube also runs to directly to the airport, so there is no need for expensive Taxi Transfers. The hotel is very 'grown up', and quite formal.

Place was ok for one night

Overall, an alright stay. The most disappointing thing for us was that our bedroom unfortunately stank of cigarette and they didn't have another room to move us to. Our young kids really did not like it, it felt like we walked in straight into an ashtray! It was pretty bad, the cleaner kindly tried with some odour spray but the smell was on the room walls and bed head. We believe that the hotel policy must improve for the benefit of all clients and not just for some, if it's a NON SMOKING premises and it's not allowed to smoke in the room, then the management should act like they need to take measures in that sense! In Australia, hotels do fine a good fine from your credit card deposit if you don't comply. Rules are there to be respected. If I want to smoke, I go out and do it there...

La experiencia fue muy mala ya que la habitación que nos asignaron estaba infectada de chinches, solicitamos el cambio y nos asignaron a la habitación de a lado, indicando en Recepción que no queríamos estar junto a esa habitación porque seguramente estaría infectada también de chinches, asignándonos una habitación en una parte remodelada del hotel. Debo dejar claro que la atención del personal de Recepción fue EXCELENTE!!! Como último comentario el Precio-Calidad del Hotel deja mucho que desear, no me volvería a hospedar en este hotel

Hotellet ligger rett ved Place Catalunya. Resepsjonen er hyggelig og hjelpsom. Det samme er housekeeping og de som håndterer bagasje. Vi bestilte Executive room. Dette var på nivå med bassenget. Dessverre var standarden bare "ok". Ikke noe spesielt bra med rommet, og helt normal størrelse. Fordi det lå ved bassenget var det en del støy. "Terassen" hadde ingen tilgang til bassenget og var sådan kun til å sitte på - ikke mulighet til å gå ut i bassenget eller til å ligge ute på. Vi spiste ikke frokost eller noen middager på hotellet. Pris er for høy for denne standarden, så vi ville ikke valgt denne romtypen igjen.

Room was tiny. I booked a family room and it was very small even by European standards. Location is great - walkable to many great attractions. I was also bitten by Tiger mosquitos all over my body (I strongly believe, but can not say with certainty), this happened in the hotel)

Great location for first time visitors. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

It was a great location central to everything the city had to offer and a well kept hotel.
