一開始被安排到E樓層，樓板很低，房間實在太小，浴缸裡的篩子金屬部分還生鏽，與網站照片完全不符合。我們和飯店抗議了兩天才順利換房，新的房間在四樓，完美多了！讓我們開心的住完剩下的五晚。

Property is a 10 minute walk to the train station. Staff was very helpful with any request and were always available to assist as requested. Plenty of dining options nearby all within walking distance. Room was clean, comfortable and AC worked well. Overall excellent experience at the property.

Nice clean place. Rooms are large but vinyl planking in hallways and rooms makes it very noisy, especially when other guests come home late and you can hear the heels echo in the room and hallways. They need some rugs.

I had many problems during my one night stay at this hotel. Check in took very long because their system was down, so they couldn't give anyone a room key. Meaning we had to wait along with others for one staff member to run and unlock our rooms, which I found not secure because anyone could claim they stayed in a room and they didn't check identity or verify. Then, as soon as I walked in my room I noticed there was still waste in the toilet, and it had not been cleaned. There was no WiFi the entire stay, which made it difficult for me to plan any excursions or talk to family back home. The air conditioning in my room didn't work and it was so hot and uncomfortable. There is absolutely no soundproofing, and the rooms are connected through the bathroom vent, so you can hear when a person goes to the bathroom; what they're doing in there and can smell it. To make matters worse a lot of people in the hotel smoked in the non-smoking rooms which floated to my room, and there was no possible window to open and no AC so all my clothes smell like cigarettes. To top it all off my room didn't have hot or warm water to shower with. When I let staff know, they were extremely apologetic and gave me a free hard cider as compensation, which was very appreciated but cannot take away from my horrible experience. I have been to 4 different hotels my entire stay in BCN and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone if you value comfort, and safety while traveling.

Best hotel with really nice rooms and very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of hot/cold options. Area is safe with very short walk to metro station. The most comfortable beds and pillows. Soundproofed windows which is great. Bathroom is large and there was lots of storage in room. We will stay here again if we ever get to come back to Barcelona.

Could not fault the service at this hotel .. kept our bags before and after check in and then chased a taxi down for outside when we left because they were busy .. Thankyou
