excellent service in the reception. Quiet area, very good restaurant connected to the hotel- both food ande service: Kobe. A bit worn down room- could use with som upgrade/modernisation. No dishwatersoap or sponge in the zink, tiny antz inside the apartment, cochroaches observed in the bathroom

The Bungalows are directly on the road so can be accessed by anyone passing by. The door system is terrible and not very secure and our shower was mouldy. Bedding and pillows were stained and area around the rooms has rubbish and overflowing buckets and litter.

Room was functional, bed comfortable and shower good. The property was very clean.
Cleaning staff and restaurant staff friendly but the front desk staff much less so and transactional.
