The location near Plaza Moyua is perfect for the airport bus and getting down to Bilbao Old Town. Nice and quiet at night even though its central location. I would stay here again if need be. Althought the check in was really slow for whatever reason I will never know. The check out was worse. Even though we could show that the booking was fully paid for the guy was adament that we had not paid even though the credit card digits matched what was on our booking. To make matters worse still he wanted to charge us a different price than we had already paid. In the end we were able to leave but I will be watching our credit card over the next coming weeks to make sure nothing happens. I think it more the hotels way of doing buisness than anything to do with Hotels.com.

Primero no exictia ni aparcacoches, ni aparcamiento, la puerta del la habitacion no cerraba bien el olor era muy malo y las habitaciones muy muy antiguas nada que ver con lo que anuncian las fotos de la web de expedia.

Clean but small. Could do with an ironing board.

Это скорее хостел,чем отель.Занимает первый этаж жилого дома.Номера очень маленькие,тесные. Душевая кабинка вообще на полчеловека(( Окно нашего номера выходило на внутренний двор(колодец),поэтому не было естественного света. В нашем номере WiFi плохо ловил,чтобы поговорить,приходилось выходить в коридор холла. Единственный плюс-очень удачное расположение! В шаговой доступности от старого города, от музея Гуггенхайма(считается центром города).В общем,для путешественников,которые весь световой день находятся вне отеля,сгодится.)

Tilat ovat mukavasti sisustettuja, huone on siisti mutta todella kuuma. Suihkukoppi on niin pieni, että "seinät kaatuu päälle" - oviaukosta ei meinannut mahtua koppiin sisään. Lisäksi suihkussa pitää käydä tosi nopeasti, sillä lattiakaivo ei vedä ja vesi kertyy saman tien jalkoihin. Asiasta huomauttaminen ei korjannut asiaa. Käytävältä ja muista huoneista kuuluu äänet läpi; oli myös helppo arvata, milloin joku käytti vessaa, sillä putkisto jäi kurnuttamaan pitkäksi aikaa.

Personal muy amable. Habitación linda y amplia. Sin desayuno pero hay hervidor, té, café y galletitas. Muy buena ubicación, metro a un par de calles, a 2 paradas de metro de TERMIBUS y RENFE y muy cerca del autobus que conecta con el aeropuerto. Cerca de la zona comercial, casco antiguo y también del Guggenheim.

Caro para el servicio que da. No hay wifi. No hay cobertura. Eso es crucial en cada hotel. La limpieza es básica

モユア広場からすぐで、ロケーションは最高でした。 トイレがなかなか流れず、毎回数回流さないと流れていかないのが、ストレスでした。 部屋の壁が薄いため、他の宿泊者の話し声が、とてもうるさかったです。 スタッフは、親切でした。

Très bon séjour....seulement 8 chambres dans cet hotel....très bien entretenu, personnel aimable 24/7. A recommander.

Bien situado. Pero las paredes son de papel, mucho ruido, se escucha todo lo de las habitaciones. No hemos podido dormir

集合住宅のようなビルの1階部分がホテルになっていて 解りずらかった。しかし、スタッフは感じがよくいい滞在でした。

Mala elección, creo que no es sincera la información en internet respecto al tipo de hospedaje, error nuestro. Nada recomendable, camas para pareja separadas y minúsculas, el baño hace un ruido espantoso, nada más ver el ascensor ya sabes dónde vas a subir, nada recomendable!!!! Al precio que lo cobran es una vergüenza

Hotel Central is perfectly placed in the centre of Bilbao near Plaza Moyua (perfect if you are taking the bus to and from the airport). It's very close to the Metro station and walking distance of the Guggenheim and Casco Viejo (old town). The staff are very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Room was exactly as the picture, clean and comfortable. Hotel is small, on one floor but cute. I'd definitely recommend staying here as it's so close to everything - restaurants, shops and transport links.
